stealth archer

An archer specializing in stealth

Nekomancer
dnd-wiki.org/wiki/Nekomancer_(3.5e_Prestige_Class)

Always a class that specializes in stealth, i love being sneaky trying to see my enemies weak points, i always use a bow too, so i guess its a Stealth Archer.

I'm pretty partial to long range classes, especially ones that can sneak around and shit. No mages though.

Depends on the game. You would think that the most magical class to play in a videogame would be a magical class, yet they are usually the most boring/trash.

For me, it's barbarian.

Attached: 1565991835327.jpg (859x960, 224K)

some one who is proficient with bows and arrows and adept at the skill of remaining unseen

Bulky Asshole Mage

spellsword thief

I always try to make a character that is a jack of all trades, but if the game forces you to choose one role I usually go mage

Cunt mage who self-buffs like a motherfucker and bonks people with mace n spell

I like to be hard to find and also hard to reach

Spellsword. Buff them weapons with elemental magic and slay your enemies.

>human
>male
>fighter

Battlemage or warlock

what class?

Attached: shrimp chart.jpg (1390x1916, 635K)

i never liked picking custom classes in morrowind and oblivion. in morrowind my favorite class was acrobat and in oblivion the witchhunter played nicely. overall, in terms of theme i like witchhunter the most

Anything Mage x Rogue, so Nightblade (or Alchemist)

Attached: Class_creation_nightblade.png (322x481, 113K)

gishes that lean towards stealthy/fast/mobile

Of those, witchhunter was always my favorite in concept (but not in practice). Assassin and nightblade were the next closest.

In 3.5 I my favorite is a scout/transmuter/swiftblade.

summoner
calling big dudes to do the job while you do fuck nothing is great

Cleric if uncucked, paladin otherwise

Bard Warrior
>tfw irl can’t shred lyre before entering into battle

>Not bard barbarian

youtu.be/M2T1dMTUAdo

any mage related class.
I kinda like Nightblade, Battlemage and Sorceror

Crusader or battlemage

Magic is always the way to go.
Mage > Sorcerer > Battlemage > the rest

same, plus it's fun to both hit things and shoot lightning

Something akin to a Death Knight. Competent in melee with lots of interesting magic to work with.

If you play as part of a group, you can't have classes like agent, or spy, or ninja, scout, or any archetype built around being a solo character.

Except you can? They can literally scout, set up traps, act as a distraction, attack the backline squishies, etc (all of which can be facilitated by stealth).

rock out randal

>not jumping a thousand feet into the air

Knight/Barbarian/Warrior.

Basically whatever class lets me deal out the most damage in the most reckless way possible.

I like to play monk on my first playthrough if the setting has them. just played one in pathfinder kingmaker, scaled fist. feels good man

Attached: attack on titan.webm (768x576, 2.93M)

Brawler or equivalent.
Usually not a monk tho, I don't do it to be fast I do it to hit stuff with my fists hard.

Attached: hit me I dare you.jpg (805x629, 32K)

Man the art for the class portraits, skills, and guild ranks was fucking BASED

Chads use one-shot johnny

Lightly armed utility class. Well-stocked on items and with a variety of noncombat skills with something easy to use yet deadly, like a crossbow.

A really tanky Cleric.
Paladins and Barbarians are cool too.

Attached: paladin.jpg (2560x1600, 505K)

I usually pick theif to cosplay as a Jew.

Whatever the dwarf from Dragon's crown was. Grappler/berserker?

The idea of grabbijg a 1000lb boulder and powerbombing an ogre with it is fucking neato.

What's the difference between Crusader and Paladin?

monk

Attached: monk.jpg (791x1200, 313K)

Paladins and summoners

spellsword, but in oblivion? a custom class with the least used skills so I can control my level ups properly.

I love the art for these. Wish the plate armor on some of them looked more realistic though.
Anyway, bard, crusader, knight, monk, pilgrim and warrior are GOOD. But my favorite would be Knight.

Whatever class can use enemy skills. I fucking love collecting skills so much.

Attached: blue mage ffta.jpg (291x492, 23K)

Paladin is an actual knight of God or whatever their god is and the Crusader just says they're one

Punch class
Two handed sword class

Witchhunter seems based to shit on all the edgy mage class.

That also
youtu.be/Dmjexkb9i4E

Crusaders wage war for God as his commandos.
Paladins enforce God's rule as his champion.

waifufags are the worst posters

FFTA/2 had so many fun(tm) classes. I'm really regretful that series died.

>Mfw Bad Illusionist could sometimes be responsible for winning a fight before it even begins by Dooming the entire enemy party

Attached: Ffta-moogle-gadgeteer.jpg (322x489, 21K)

I always want to play a spellsword type character but they always end up just being shitty at both things.

>ONE SHOT JOHNNY
A man's shrimp.

The issue is that most games don't give you a reason to not specialize in one path or the other. Some games offset that by giving Spellswords/Red Mages/etc. special abilities that only they can use that have an influencing factor on battles altogether, and THEN they are also a mediocre swordsman and a mediocre mage on top of that. They can work well as battle influencers, rather than the key DPS of a party.

Monk for sure. I love punching and kicking ancient evils and tyrant kings and evading all powerful weapons with just pure martial skill

Attached: CB8F65DF-0742-4CA6-8733-0F77FE7F4421.jpg (236x331, 28K)

crusader and nightblade

Alchemist.
Fuck Tinkers, BTW

Mixed magic classes (spellswords, nightblades, etc), or pugilists/monks if hand-to-hand is a viable option. It usually isn't.

Magic x Blacksmith

depends on the game. In some games magic is the funnest, in some it's the most boring. In some thieving is the funnest and in some it's useless. The only consistent thing I do in every RPG is max out persuasion/speech/charisma, as talking your way out of things is always the most rewarding.

I end up playing something akin to a Cowboy in near every setting.

Attached: retro_sci_fi_study_by_howi3.jpg (800x604, 117K)

Imperial Crusader in Oblivion, and used the skills from Oblivion as the idea behind making a Nord Knight. Morrowind said that I should be an Archer though, but I'd rather play a paladin-esque character than a fucking stealth archer like everyone else.

Fighter with full plate and two handed sword.
Or anything close to that. Spellcaster to break the game on second playthrough.

Attached: 62238390_p0.jpg (850x1200, 228K)

Nightblade all the way
>more skillful than a mage
>more versatile than an assassin
>squishy af means you can't slash your way out of problems and have to know the area

faggot

>4E 200+1
>not PURGING
ishygddt

Depends
Is stealing rewarding?
If so, just a thief

Is it really not?
Then either something that hits really hard like a warrior/barbarian or something that hit a lot, like a monk or whatever the fuck hits fast
If magic really feels like magic (ie. Mages shoot thunder and fire from their fingers instead of a pussy ass staff or book) then I go with mage aswell

You do realize you just described yourself as a 2e bard, right?

Attached: wW5xF65[1].jpg (400x400, 134K)

Tank
I want to play as Ajax and Diomedes from the fuckin Iliad

Why yes I do play as an Acrobat when a game supports it, how did you know?

Attached: 1563210953462.png (723x666, 163K)

knight, warrior or paladin because im bad at games so i tend to get hit a lot

Battle cleric
You might be gay and/or retarded.

Max Charisma and the rest is invested in health
Try to talk it out as much as possible

Cuck mentality.

I always gravitate towards Paladin or Monk classes. Gotta purge and punch things

All canon MCs are male human fighters. Everquest, World of Warcraft, Mass Effect, Baldur's Gate, and on and on and on.

Summoner classes, druid or mage is fine but no Necromancy

>canon MC's
>in games without straight canon
I roll mostly the same way, but calm down Abdel. No one takes that book seriously.

merchant or whatever uses spears or polearms

Attached: 1542983650702.png (464x678, 250K)

You're right, the canon MC in Baldur's Gate is a Lawful Good Male Human Paladin that has a happy life and family with Aerie after rejecting godhood.

Attached: 1522726221451.png (440x488, 202K)

Alchemist, Monk, Black Mage. Archer if WRPG.

>Paladin
>Aerie
Fighter/Cleric* and Jaheira* but you got close user.

Attached: 1005581511667.png (500x382, 213K)

Cybermancer

>Jaheira
>used goods
>bitchy
>arrogant
>oblivious to own hypocrisy
>stupidly true neutral, the same alignment as animals

>Aerie
>loses her virginity to you
>meek and humble
>curious and appreciative
>self-conscious, but only until her wings come back
>also starts a family with you
>lawful good like a responsible citizen who cares about life and happiness

How is this even a choice? Fuckin' true neutral Viconia is a better choice than Jaheira, and Viconia DIES in that ending from POISON despite being a CLERIC.

>t. actual beta fag
Jaheira is based, and her dungeon meshi portrait is better. Get fucked chicken shit.

Knight

Paladin, all kinds.
