How? Did you have a crystal rapier or something?
it didn't break, but it's on 30% or something
MYA NEE
based retard didn't buy repair box for repairing at bonfires
Ok? just go back up and run to andre. Are you like stupid or something?
shut up, you didn't need that in dark souls 3, so how i was supposed to know?
>going all the way back
yikes
Oh no, five whole minutes of your time. You could have had it repaired in the time that has passed since you made this thread, you fucking moron.
>Yikes
what are you bad at the game? you'll spend more time trying to kill Quelaag with your broken weapon than running back up to undead parish and killing her properly, hell I think the magic blacksmith in new lando will repair it too
more like 5 hours.
>new lando
didn't find that place yet.
Can't you go through Valley of Dragons to New Londo? There's a blacksmith there

>didn't find that place yet.
Oh you didn't get the master key? don't tell me you got to blight town by going through the depths lol
>don't tell me you got to blight town by going through the depths lol
y-yes
i'm playing it without guides, come on
Oh well your kinda fucked unless have the valley of the drakes key, but hey good luck killing spider titties with a broken weapon
You don't need the Master Key to meet Rickert. He's right there from the entry at Firelink. The Master Key just opens the gate to the Valley of Drakes so you can take the quick path to the bottom of Blighttown, and you can still get there anyway by crossing from the Undead Parish through Darkroot Basin.
Its either going back to a blacksmith now or after the boss. If you're too afraid of going back now and you don't have any useful weapons try popping a humanity and kill the npc invader next to the bonfire. She drops an okay weapon.
Presuming he's stuck at the bottom of blight town the fastest way to a blacksmith is to take the shortcut from valley of the drakes to new lando
At least you didn’t get cursed. Is there anything worse in the history of Dark Souls than Curse?
Probably that enemy who drains your max health just by looking at you in DaS 3 and a similar enemy in Bloodborne.
If he doesn't have the Master Key then the best thing for him to do is to rest at the bonfire at the bottom of Blighttown, then head to the waterwheel and climb up, avoiding enemies. Exit through that path and follow the path down into the valley, AVOIDING touching any items to not awaken the zombie dragon. Run past the thunderdrakes and take the elevator to Darkroot Basin. Avoid the black knight and climb the path nearby to cross into Darkroot Garden. Take a left and enter the parish, avoiding the titanite demon, to meet Andre and get his weapon repaired/buy a smithbox.
Then after all that he can use a Homeward Bone to back to the bottom of Blighttown and pick up where he left off.
Does the door between Valley and New Londo open if he doesn't have the Master Key, though? If not, he'll have to run his ass past the Dracolich, two drakes, and a Black Knight, maybe a Titanite Demon as well, to get to the closest smith (Andre of Astora)
>AVOIDING touching any items to not awaken the zombie dragon
h-he doesn't stay awaken forever, does he? I kinda messed with him already.

Yes, he is awake forever, until you kill him. He doesn't respawn though. So your best bet is to hug the wall and run like hell, and if you see him winding up for a slash roll like mad. His poison vomit is so weak it might as well not be notable.
thanks, i'll try. i didn't find the path up last time, but i'll try it again
Where you can see a big waterwheel and an elevator system, head towards that. Hop on the elevator and jump off at the platform near the top, then look for ladders that go up. The route will directly lead you right to where the Dracolich is, so like I said hug the wall and run past, then follow the path right until you come to an elevator.
There's a bonfire in the corridor after you go up that elevator, but if you want to Homeward Bone your way back to Blighttown don't sit at it. It's really risky since you're going very far out of your way without a checkpoint, but it can pay off if you manage to reach Andre and skip the trek back. I usually do the reverse and avoid sitting at the bonfire in Blighttown, so I don't have to climb back up after killing Quelaag.
Bruhs currently at O&S but for the love of god can't kill them. Shall I go visit other areas or keep trying?
You can if you want. What's your weapon/loadout/etc?
And if you really need to, as long as you've been talking to Solaire his summon sign will be around the main hall and you can have him help you.
>playthrough the whole game multiple times
>weapon never breaks or gets to being at risk
What the fuck are you doing?
Use the pillars in the arena to try to separate them from each other
that's pretty helpful.
halberd+10, grass crest shield+10, rest is mostly gold-hemmed black clothes for the fast rolls with havel's ring.
I have the chance to explore new londo, valley of drakes, the hard part of darkroot forest, catacombs or demon ruins.
sure but it's not easy. I've got to super ornstein like 10 times, no luck.
>He uses armor
God damn why are there so many faggots on this board?
>more like 5 hours
no, more like 5 minutes. find the alt route and gitgud
>sure but it's not easy
Don't yourself that, you've got the gear and you've got the strategy, all you need to do is push a little harder you can do it user, this is actually a spoiler if you're going in blind Super ornstein is harder than super smough if he's giving you a tought time just kill ornstein first, you'll only lose out on getting his armor but neither of their armor is particularity good iirc
>your kinda fucked unless have the valley of the drakes key
just walk through the valley, into darkroot and use Andre. it's like 2 minutes longer than going to Rickert. also buy the fucking boxes while you're at it
So this part is on you. If you really want to and haven't done it yet, try doing the Painted World of Ariamis. You can't leave once you've started it though, you have to complete the level. But it's a nice excursion.
>Probably that enemy who drains your max health just by looking at you in DaS 3
that was seriously some DaS2
>anime poster
>playing like a retard and getting punished hard for it
You'd think it'd get annoying after a while, but I enjoy it every time. Keep suffering OP, I hope you eventually figure it out.
His ring is worth it though
You don't need the master key to use the valley of the drakes shortcut unless you're coming from new londo, which he is not.
>trying to make a newb miss out on leo ring
For shame, user. Beat super ornstein, only speedrunnerfags beat super smough.
very unfortunate I can't avoid everything like you do in ng+7 user.
I just checked the rewards, parts of the ornstein set are nice enough and the ring is amazing. Guess I'll keep trying.
No idea how to get there, I'll check it if I die another 50 times.
Damn I forgot all about the leo's ring
>No idea how to get there
It's kind of a trek because you need to go all the way back to the Northern Undead Asylum, to the room you started the game in to get the key. But remember the cathedral in Anor Londo where you had to walk along the rafters? The key you find in your cell back there goes to the big painting in that cathedral, and that takes you to the Painted World.
post noa
noa
alright thanks
I have to idea how to get back there but I'll find it soon enough if I'll get very desperate with these two
going through the depths is the true chad route, people just cheat nowadays because back on ps3 you would get shit fps without using the shortcut the game tells you to avoid when you make a character
spider tits is easy anyway, just pick up a weapon off the ground and hit her until she dies
>didn't find that place yet.
holy shit we have a switch casul among us guise
>I have to idea how to get back there
It's kind of a dumb method. I'll spoil it if you want to find it for yourself, but the method isn't in Anor Londo.
Remember the elevator from Firelink Shrine to the Undead Parish? Take it up and hop off at the small ledge you see. Then climb up the cliff to the right and roll onto the broken pillar in front of you to scale the gap. Climb from that into the ruins, and follow the stairs up to the crow's nest. Accept the prompt to curl into a ball and wait, and Snuggly will take you back to the Northern Undead Asylum. Be careful though, as there are much harder enemies there now.
You have to climb to the top the tower in firelink shrine where the crow's nest is then crawl up into a ball while in the nest and wait for a couple seconds you'll get a cutscene of the crow grabbing and carrying you back to the asylum
>Oh you didn't get the master key?
The fuck has the master key to do with it?
Go to Undead Parish --> Darkroot Garden --> Before the basin, turn to the right, and go opposite of Havel's tower --> Kill halbred Black K***ht --> Cross the bridge and voilá, you've made it as far as I can remember.
who even discovered all this
but thanks
>h-he doesn't stay awaken forever, does he? I kinda messed with him already.
Holy shit lmao how can you mess everything up so much?
>No idea how to get there
dis niBBuh didn't even return to the Asylum lmao
I was just exploring okay, I don't see it as bad. Maybe the game should help me more.
