What's Microsoft's endgame here?

they get money from sales of these games on switch.
>paying for a switch port when they are giving you 3 months of xbox juan on pc for free
It's going to be an absolute shit storm when Halo comes to the switch
>Microsoft almost bought out Nintendo
Oh how the mighty have fallen.
>Third party that stopped making consoles years ago is the same as a current console manufacturer
Yes, but not nearly as much as they would on their own console
Considering Ori is 4 years old, I imagine anyone who would have bought it on the xbox already would have
I wanted Ori on Switch instead of Cuphead
>Putting their games on Switch, Halo likely coming next
>Sony now owns Sunset Overdrive
The absolute state of MicroCuck
wut
now you're getting both

Is Ori good because I saw a physical copy of this for PC and was curious
Exposure in Asia and to a lesser extent, Europe.
The Xbox brand might as well just not exist in Asian countries whereas Nintendo is top dog. Bringing games to Switch helps them out significantly in this regard. In addition, Xbox always gets stomped out pretty hard by PlayStation in Europe, so bringing Xbox games to Switch gives them a small upper hand over there as well.
Fuck yes.

Probably that Games Pass will be the only streaming service on the Switch, which will be a huge advantage seeing as the Switch is the only handheld out there.
Not really. Its just a mediocre metroidvania that's kind of artsy.
>PC
>physical copy
lolwat
But anyway, the game is like what if Celeste/Super Meat Boy/N++/etc was a metroidvania with pretty 1080p graphics. It's really hard and frustrating. You'll be doing all kinds of trick jumps while traversing endless spike filled tunnels. There are no bosses, instead you have tightly timed escape sequence where you need to execute some tough platforming challenge real fast.
Get it if you like hardcore platformers. Skip if the combat is more important to you (there's barely any in the game).
