Sony funded this game. If it does come to PC, it will be several years later and will likely be exclusive to Epic (or whoever else is willing to pay for exclusivity).
I'm not really sure why so many PC gamers are reluctant to pick up a PS4. A Pro is the price of a low-mid range graphics card and it plays some of the best games of the last 5 years. And if you buy physical, you can resell the games when you're done.
