I liked Miitopia a lot as well but I think the lack of goofy computer voices and the very sparse amount of different interactions between Miis brought it down for me

Tomodachi series sells better than Fire Emblem or Metroid I think it'd be silly for Nintendo to not push one out. Maybe give it half a year after Animal Crossing.

Not him but that might’ve been a good move, I thought the second half of the game was considerably weaker than the first. It tries to go fairly nonlinear and it loses a lot of the fun interactions and charm the first half of the game had because of it.

I honestly want Tomodachi Life/Miitopia on switch, just heavily expanded upon in either title.
Miitopia moreso. I dunno if having full-control of the whole party would change anything, or if perhaps just making it more 'Zelda-esque open world going dungeon to dungeon' would change too much. I just loved how wacky and zany the game was, and potentially expanding upon it with a more epic quest would create something amazing.
