Honestly, any DLC weapon is flat out broken under campaign missions even on Inferno. The Blazer alone trivializes everything. WD's Phalanx simply makes it more apparent.

Not really, I think health is kind of irrelevant since you're not supposed to get shot. Your survival in this game is distance from the enemy, not HP, since HP is trivially easy to delete. Distance from the enemy lowers your chances of getting aggrod, and allows you time to fire your gun in complete safety while the enemy slowly saunters over to you. Being close to the enemy means holding onto aggro for a long time, and constantly being on the receiving end of attacks. WD isn't a glass cannon because of hard stats (although she does have lower HP limits, and lower HP gain than everyone else in the game), it's because she's forced to get right up next to enemies. She has to get closer than fencer does to deliver damage optimally, and she doesn't have his high speed horizontal escapes, his hp, or his shields.

I think this could apply to most of her weapons if Stardust Cannon and the final Phalanx with 100+ m range didn't exist

Take the initial wave for example. I went far left, and three of them went right. After finishing everything on my end, I looked at their side to find not only none of the aliens/frogs dead, but also two of our players already dead. And it's like this every step of the way. It was impossible to proceed further than the laser ayys phase because I can't be in three places at once to kill them all.

Some people are just bad, there's no escaping it. They get so used to getting carried on hard where it's okay for people to be useless meme-loadout users that they never learn how to actually play their class. Not everyone is like this of course, but low percentages like that on inferno are usually reliant on being hard-carried.

Well, pirates can play with other pirates if you install steamworks, and your buyfriends can use their steam saves on pirate copies, so you could make it work!

reminder there's a guide on Steam to remove the chat character limit and censor. However it only works for other people who've also made the same modification apparently.

Normal is super easy. Even hard is very easy. I don't really know what to tell you, if it's your first EDF game it's probably just a lack of experience that's holding you back.

If I were you I'd play online, the other players will be able to carry you through and you'll get to see what kind of things they're doing. Just copy them and don't worry if it feels like you're "cheating" or something because you're being carried. There's still tons of room to grow beyond hard.
