But combos are the easy part

Whats the hard part?

What game?

Neutral, usually. It depends on the game.
Being able to hitconfirm off stray hits is one of the most important skills you can learn, and it can be very hard to get good at.

have sex!

You just have shit muscle memory.

>Being able to blablabalaa fighting game bullcrap talk
Can you repeat that in English?

Are you complaining about video game terminology now?
You're like a grandparent mumbling about kids playing their marios.

>hitconfirm
>hit confirm

>IN ENGLISH, DOC

>kombos
fuck off mk baby.
mk combos are the easiest thing on the planet earth.

Combos are not hard. Hit confirms are. You can win in a game against somebody that can only do one combo with one button if they can't land that shit and don't understand the essential components that make up a combo, such as finding the place to start and knowing why the combo begins, for example; it being a blockstring, therefore it ending usually minus enough to prevent punishment, plus to open up for mixup, or the amount of pushback resetting the neutral.

Anyhow, written all that up for people to whine about Street Fighter and praise Tekken. Play what you like.

My apologies, I forgot what kind of people I were addressing.
[The state of play that goes on when neither player is currently on the offensive], usually. It depends on the game.
Being able to [notice that a stray attack actually landed and was neither dodged nor blocked and go into a combo from it] is one of the most important skills you can learn, and it can be very hard to get good at.

Thanks user, I unironically appreciate it.

it's like learning a musical instrument

muscle memory and lots of practice

some people are fine with controller but most use joysticks

it feels super satisfying when you pull off comboes on a human opponent

Glad to be of service.

>I unironically appreciate it.
Why? It's not like you're going to start playing fighting games now.

He satisfied my curiosity.
But I actually do play some Streeth Fighter
sometimes with my friend, but we don't really take it seriously or play online

Really makes you wonder how people are going to learn what fuzzy and shimmies are or how they're going to react to learning they might have to move forward when their character isn't able to reliably knock somebody outta the air.

it feels more satisfying to pull off their clothes and then FUCK THEM

This user is right, the psychological game is the hardest part. Combos are hardest too in the sense one thing is doing combos in training mode, another complete different level is doing it during a live fight, and having the skill of punish your adversary (aka land an effective combo on a your adversary mistake) is another hard step.
