Next time you try to make a viral copy pasta make it more believable. Start by regularly live streaming gmod sessions for about a year.

Then you make a video like this, completely live streamed. If the video requires post production, record everything and stream the playback. Then when the "spooky" thing happens cut off the live stream abruptly and never log back on the account again. Don't disable the comments and don't write a shitty fanfic description on the video trying to explain shit.

Something designed to be creepy never is to me. Especially in games. Building tension is as close as it gets. So in that regard Fatal Frame is probably the best. To some extent RE7 but only early on.

is Gmod Tower still a thing? I watched 1 showcase video of it years ago and it seemed pretty legit as a 3d message board where you can interact with other people

Playing through Space Engine first time, I started to fuck around predesigned places to see. I got zoomed to the orbit of a black hole. Shit became even more creepy, when I tried to go to the surface, and the coordinates in screen corner went totally apeshit.
