If you ever get a better pc I would recommend looking up primehack, its got actual keyboard and mouse support without the garbage wiimote aiming.
Though for performance try toggling efb to ram or to texture on dolphin, might give you a boost.

Don't see it very often, if ever... it's barely recognized. I can enjoy some cheese but that album is way too much for me in that regard, plus I think a lot of Devin's stuff in the second act of his career is overproduced to the point of near-unlistenability, and Ziltoid isn't an exception to that
