The problem with shilling is that it's a form of advertising, and all advertising should be strictly regulated and clearly identified as such. "Native" or otherwise undisclosed advertisements are a form of corrupt business practice and if your company needs to pull that kind of bullshit to survive then you deserve to go out of business.
If shills were governed by standards and were required to identify every post they were paid to make, then there would be no ethical problem with them making those posts here.
