MGSV, though good, I feel was an unecessary installment in the series as MGS4 had already provided all the "closure" to the series that we needed. It just felt like it was more added extra info and tidbits that are interesting but not necessary for the story.

All in all, I'm glad the series is done because it was great and didn't need to be milked further. And now Kojimbo can progress to work on his true magnum opus, Death Stranding, which will be one of the greatest video games of all time, and people will be discussing it for years, trying to work out cryptic hints and piecing together various clues to come up with new theories or discover new endings.

It will be like the 90's again where people theories about secret endings and hidden areas for games, or like with the tifa sex scene from FFVII make up pure bullshit and the only way you can find out what's true or not, and the only way we can discern the horde of information is by compiling and comparing the various strands that players theorise.

To be honest, I'd like a remake if possible.
