Totally forgot about telekenisis. If we're going on basic loadouts I'd argue Zim has a notable edge with his backpack and general agility, but the fact that Crypto has telekenisis makes all that moot so it's a non issue for him.

Stats wise, Crypto's ship is insanely faster than Zim's Voot but on foot, Zim dominates in speed with and without the Jetpack.
Durability wise, Zim got thrown into the sun and got out no worse for wear.
Strength wise, Quantum Destructor is around Multi City Block (with a statement about possibly being a threat to the space-time continuum in the wrong hands) while Zim has actually came close to destroying his Irken homeplanet during Operation Impending Doom 1
