It's been like twenty years since the change, and the Pokémon dub is still fucking terrible. I'm not a dubfag but I do tend to check them out for anime I like, and higher profile shows tend to have solid dubs these days. Almost everything in Pokémon sounds wrong. Lillie sounds like the exact stereotype people talk about when they refer to old women voicing young girls in dubs.
