BBTag, which is an asset dump game that exists so Mori could put RWBY characters in a game he made that is mostly a holdover until either P5A or a new real BB, Granblue, a game actually built around neutral that has simplified controls because it's targeting braindead gachafags, or DBFZ, a game that at a mid-high level is actually very reliant on your reactions in scramble situations and ability to block/escape ambiguous mixups in succession while rewarding above-average execution because having the character advantage is so strong and thus killing a character is really important while being nowhere as easy to one-touch as Marvel?

Kakyoin, New Kakyoin with the shades, and Yellow Temperance imeprsonating Kakyoin are different characters to choose. Easy way to reuse sprites. Same reason there's Shadow DIO & DIO, Hol Horse (J. Geil) & Hol Horse (Boingo), and Polnareff & Anubis Polnareff (and two other Anubis characters).

I guess we're dropping unpopular opinions then. Here we go: Dub Young Joseph (Ben Diskin) did just as good of a job as Sugita, and the fact that he actually has a British accent because it's in English pushes it over the top and makes it my preferred voice for him. The rest of the dub cast is nowhere near as good, even the ones that did a fine job, although there's some performances so bad they make you laugh, like Caesar, Stroheim (he sounds like a 4kids VA doing a parody German accent), and Suzie Q. I'll give points to whoever did Kars though; he was mostly just okay but he really nailed the parts he needed to like the laugh at the bottom of the chasm, all of the screams, and playing Lisa Lisa's body like a guitar.

A part of me doubts that because that would be too hard to do and that unlike Part 1, everyone in Part 5 is technically speaking Italian; its just translated for the viewers. Giving them an accent would imply they’re actually speaking English hence the accent

Polnareff doesn't have an accent in Part 3 so I don't think they will. I think they got negative feedback for all the accents, and given that all of the accents except Young Joseph's were cartoonish, I can't blame them. Especially considering that Caesar's Italian accent was fucking awful, I doubt they want to try it with a full cast.

deathly loyalty to DIO, as opposed to most of them being mercenaries and hitmen. Also petshop, D'arby2, and Sax were all pretty good defenders, it's just that the Crusaders were that good
