Go browse twitch look at all the 1-10 viewer streams these people arent making shit. You need to average like 500 viewers on every stream or have some hardcore paypigs to do it fulltime.

There is literally no difference from a 30k viewer stream to all those 50 viewes one. You just have to get lucky

There are some rare exceptions where these big number streamers have an art team and a mod team and theyre actually paying them and it shows in the quality of the assets and shit but thats about it and maybe they have gotten good at optimizing the time interacting with community vs focusing on gameplay.

not even worth trying unless you already have a large fan base on another platform. most of the top streamers already were well known before twitch, had been around during the early days of twitch, or knew a bigger streamer and gained viewers from them.

and naturally most of them are children who have never really had a real job.

the few streamers I've stumbled upon that I find funny typically have no more than a couple hundred subs. You need to appeal to lowest common denominator, be willing to throw out shit like "that was epic" and play every single flavor of the month bullshit.

If none of that sounds appealing, you better be the very best at whatever game you play, otherwise give up now or accept that you're only going to be streaming for your friends.
