Last character is probably a guest, it's coupled with a stage and all the guest characters have come with new stages so far.

50/50 is the only thing that kazuya has offense wise, his pokes are trash and unless he has momentum he cant really apply 50/50. Also knee barely applied it at hell, he used hellsweep like twice the entire set. Kazuya is very defensive in his playstyle and its why he has some of the best if not the best punishment tools in the entire game.

tekken 7 is the most popular fighting game on steam and pc is by far the most active platform for it as well as the best version of the game. Soulcal is a bit dead but still has a dedicated playbase on pc. Tekken is a bit deeper and harder to get a handle on but soulcal also has some deeper mechanics to it. Its really up to personal preference.

Boa Luvb beat Arslan by playing like that, but Knee in general does not play like that at all. Kazuya's not a defensive character, you have to force offense all the time, which doesn't fit Knee's style. Also in general you can't just change up your entire style instantly, or at the very least it's difficult to do.

just keep playing bud. It took me like 600 wins and 600ish hours to get byakko with kazuya but you can do it.

Yeah a lot of people are stuck at lower ranks for longer than this. There's an infamous Paul player with a bazillion matches still stuck down there who doesn't really give a shit and is just having fun playing the way he is somehow.

Maybe try a more aggressive/pressure heavy character. King's a weird set-up heavy character alongside the throw stuff. Being the one who applies pressure instead being the one trying to deal with it all the time might help you out too.

Sounds like you've got the right mindset at least, it'll probably click eventually. Also step more, if you can avoid moves entirely instead of blocking everything then do it, this is something a lot of lower rank players aren't confident doing either but it'll improve your game a lot if you get good at it.

right my bad i was thinking in reverse. But yeah ssl cant be done from crouching on p2 which is why most koreans play mishimas on p1. P1 is more precise while p2 is faster, i like p2 because i can do df2 electric more consistently and i can wavedash faster.

Depends on the character/game. Even in a shit game like SFV, Guile needs to use all of his standing and crouching normals. Each has an obvious use.

this is true, however in tekken as you get better you use more and more moves. Those top 15 will only get you to a certain point until you start having to use more. Characters like kazuya will generally use the same few moves however a character like hworang can use 40+. Tekken is a complex game and anyone who says otherwise hasnt tried to play it in any sort of competitive environment.

Im new to tekken, so as far as I know, kbd is bb,db,b,n,b,db,b,n,etc... Im having trouble going from db to b then releasing to neutral on stick when trying to do it quicker, its even harder on p2 side, this shit is harder than I expected

Mostly timing (my opponents always seem to attack first) and also if I don't pick a rushdown character I become far too passive.

I am in all honesty gotten really hyped to see Geese do that move again. I do hope its a rage drive instead of an ex-meter move just so Geese can now have a true use for his rage instead of relying on rage arts only.
