Could have been an oversight and they forgot to remove those, and the sheets were deliberatedly included to see how the participants would act to change their own odds.
The odds are based on previous controlled runs, that probably went all the same, so the sheets act as something to force them to change.

Then there would have been no point of even removing those memories because they'd see for themselves their own odds based on the simulations.

Something's been bothering me. Alice states that the prisoner uniforms for Japanese Prisons actually has vertical rather than horizontal stripes, which the game uses to imply he's been imprisoned in Japan, yet for whatever reason he's wearing the uniform he is.

Maybe it's something similar to Kiyomondo thing from Danganronpa, but with more logical explanation, when Alice takes his statement that "Reko is going to live through him" literally, somehow implants her memories into his head and then goes through body altering surgery, due to Safalin's manipulations.

Alright I just finished the demo. I'm pretty sure the purpose of this death game is to find the actual killer of Sou Hiyori. Perhaps Sou (the real one) will manipulate the situation so that only his past killer would know how to kill him. Imposing a time limit with a death penalty would give the killer a reason to exploit whatever situation it is. Then the final Main Game will be them trying to weed out the killer of the human and doll Sou's. Not sure why they would need to be so sadistic about it though.
