Some classes have much higher exp requirements to level up then others.
Sure, but he's gotten to level 8453 purely from extra EXP from boot camp, but suddenly when I start to try to level him up manually it stops.
Like, 40,000,000,000 total EXP, but per level he suddenly requires 4,000,000,000.

Some are really, really high, though for a rabbit class that does sound rather high. Just keep an eye out for other classes and tiers to see if this was either the norm for it or just some weird fluke is about all I can say.
I brute forced it to get to the next level, and now the required experience is a standard 3,000,000.
This had to have been some kind of bug, what the fuck.
It could be a bug directly tied to that specific level. Either way its good that things are back to normal for now.
Some kind of math fuckery must have happened. Blazing through the levels now with no issue.
