Nidhogg got dabbed on twice and WOL got an eye from Hraesvelgr. Could have at least given Hraesvelgr one of them and just keep onto the other, he gets full vision, you safekeep the other which will separate both for the most part and are within reach.
I guess it does pose a problem holding onto one when you consider how easy it was to make the WOL drink something that knocked him out cold.

Does Stormblood pick up in quality as it goes on? I just finished HW, and the postgame was absolutely the best part of the game so far. However, I've got into SB and it's kinda "Find me 4 bricks to rebuild my house" style questing.

I did do the fight with Zenos, and that was cool, and I just got to Doma. Does SB reach the high highs that HW had?

Actually that's a good point, my highest level/main right now through HW is a DPS class (DRG) which seems good. I've also got a healer up to 50 mainly for gear/roulettes (SCH), but I don't have any tanks up to this level; the only one I have is WAR at about 40 or so.
Is it worth giving DRK a shot to see if it's worth leveling as well?

i just shortcut the zoom, and height adjustments, so i can adjust to what the content needs.
some fights require more of a downward camera, and plenty need a very high camera. (due to tall bosses)

You don't need to be able to wear it to buy it, you only need to be level 60 if you want the titles or mounts. Prime time for PvP seems to be around 5PM-11PM on every DC. I usually get fast queues all the way from Friday night to Saturday night, if you play late night hours.

Don't you still need to be 60 if you want the title which unlocks the armor later on in case you delete it to make space. On that note, I hope there's a revamp to the glamour system so we can collect everything we want without worrying about Dresser space.

Story is a bit more unfocused compared to Heavensward, as the areas of travel is more spreadout, from Ala Mhigo to Othard, and thus each region's plight and development doesn't get as much focus. It feels a bit more like the "tourist"-expansion and you are accompanied with a main character that doesn't get too much involved character development compared to Heavensward's cast.

It does however have some entertaining characters in the cast, and the lore provided in the world-building can be interesting as you get a more wided perspective of Eorzea's geographies and people. I could see Stormblood pay off on that future lore building in a future expansion, but the story telling itself is, as mentioned earlier, bit unfocused and less tight. At least the post-MSQ Patch stories is decently interesting.

Training works. I don't think many people bother with ranked off-season, anyway.

Feast is faster if the queues are quick, a lot of matches end in a minute or two and you get 500 for a win. Even in time out games it's a lot faster than 72 player frontline.

Salvager is tied to achievements, and the achievement is unfortunately tied to the title, so yeah you need to be 60 for that. Would be nice if they at least kept the priest around to unlock titles for people who already had the gear but couldn't equip it.

What role? If you've spent even 3 minutes reading about feast, you probably won't let people down since it's a simple mode, and since the games are fast people shouldn't even care if someone under performs as long as they aren't going full retard. Not to mention, the mode is called "training" for a reason.

All you really need to know for the basics is that you need medals to win. The number next to a player's name is how many medals they're holding (tank can hold 200, PDPS 175, RDPS 150, and healer 125), so don't focus the ranged DPS that's only carrying 5 medals. Holding a lot of medals also gives you a vulnerability up debuff, so you're not likely to win games by ignoring the tank that's carrying 200.

Also, it goes without saying, but make sure you pick up the medals. The only exception is if you're healer, because you want to avoid the debuff as well as wasting medals. Since you start at 100, and people drop half when they die, you'll lose half the medals if you try to pick them up after the first kill of a match.
I'm no expert in the mode, I just started for the Garo stuff, but I found it pretty easy to get the grasp of.

Depends on the healer class. A decent white mage can do almost as much as the tank, but the same player on AST will do far less because their potencies are horrible.

It depends on the dungeon. It's definitely not 10-20% lmao.
Healers can do 3-5k damage while most DPS range from 8-12k damage.

How come they want the encounter to take longer to finish, though? That's what I don't get. It's not like it's difficult to press a DPS button when healing isn't immediately needed, especially if they aren't concerned with keeping everyone topped up 100%. They benefit from higher party damage as much as everyone else.

It just seems more like they are deliberately not doing something that's helpful and very easy for them to do, just to be difficult.

They're just straight-up bad and get overwhelmed if they have to focus on both healing and DPS.
All the "DPS is NOT my job" shit is stupid since the game clearly expects healers to do damage as passing any of the savage checks would be impossible if the healers were doing 0 damage.
