Probably since all idols and Cuttlefish did their pair as support it could be something more related to Grizzco. You don't need to re-use octarians, instead make similar units for salmonids, make your kid/squid infiltrate them when just stealing their eggs doesn't work to diminish their numbers

I would love a Grizzco themed dlc where you find out Grizz man is a Bear eating all the salmons and eventually all other sea critters and having to take him down but then that would put an end to salmon run which is my favorite mode
