This was the coolest looking N64 cartridge
This was the coolest looking N64 cartridge
This one was my favorite
Definitely one of the cooler ones. Anything holographic in that day and age was pretty cool. I think stadium was released while everyone had Pokemon cards. I was always compelled by exotically colored carts like pic related
WRONG
This, the holographic shit was so cash.
the hiryu no ken SD cart was fantastic. Regular one was grey or black depending on what version you got, but the SD cart which was basically 1.5 was a shiny silver instead of the normal matte grey. Unfortunately I can't find a picture of it at a glance.
Yeah, this. I didn't even like that game since it was such a massive disappointment after Ocarina of Time, but the gold cartridge and that holographic art are nice.
supposedly the gray one is worth more
Why were the Tony Hawk games, blue, yellow and black? None of the 3 games were gray carts
marketing showed that different colored carts sold better. Stores would advertise game carts instead of boxes if you went into a kb toys or eb games or whatever, as well as they took up less shelf space that way and they could line up games by the dozen.
it's called lenticular
Damn pokèmon had a nice ass aesthetic, back then.
It's still a franchise for kids, but at least kids in the 90's didn't have shittaste as the ones today
HE-HE-HERE WE GO
faggot
sorry, i meant, i LIKED the game because it was such a massive IMPROVEMENT stupid spellcheck autocrrrecitng me lol
can I sing with you? I remember the words, if that helps.
fpbp
Okay then, put your hands together
if you want to clap
Because colored carts are automatically better, they get pigment power.
as we fuck your monkey ass
