LedgeHogging and Trumping is better in concept than Edgehogging, but in execution its really boring to play around.
All they need to do is remove ledge snap, make trumping stronger and non-DI'able, and weaken SOME recoveries (some are too strong, but all recoveries being weak isn't even true in Melee)

I don't like generic stuff. I can understand people wanting them for fulfilling holes because you can just equip cosmetics on them, but I still don't like them. I want all characters in the Nintendo All-Star fighting game to be all relevant, recognizable faces which brings me fond memories, not a generic avatar used in fucking Wii Sports.

I'm not actually complaining about them in a gameplay aspect. Also, if it was up to me, I'd leave the custom moves from Smash 4 in the game, just have them as options when you pick a character. Have the default ones by, durr, default, and then people who play more videogames can just quickly go to them and change them at will. And have everything unlocked from the get go, for fuck's sake.

I'm ok with Wii Fit because she's a joke character, like Gay Menwatch and Duck Hunt. I wouldn't remove any Marths because they play slightly different and even if they were exact clones like Richter I'd still keep them (though maybe when they're exact clones just have them as alternate costumes instead).

I don't have any reason to remove all those fucking characters.

Also I want Smash 4 Link's design back, the best Link design ever. It's TP's design but tweaked to be a bit less edgy, it's so perfect.

Look at any school calendar over the past several years. The same school will adjust its start dates, sometimes by weeks backward or forward. You still assume you know when user started school, as in started Kindergarten, and you assume all schools in his area will have the same starting date. You assume the high and elementary schools open at the same time, and that no change in start date occurred between the time he started school to the time he became a senior.

For the latter, in a game where the beating heart of combat is ridiculously safe tools (see: a lot of the top tiers aerial game), meta knight has such awful wind down and risk on his special moves that it's almost funny, not even counting they put him into special fall

Here's a fun thought for you. Say you have Student A born in the summer of 2000. 2000 is an easy number. You also have Student B, born the same date in summer as Student A but in 1999. Student B is born exactly one year before Student A. It is possible for students A and B to be in the same grade level and graduate at different ages. Student A will graduate at 17 while Student B will graduate at 18. Again, they are in the same grade and graduate at the same time, but one is a whole year older than the other.

Something similar happened in my grade with May birthdays. Because their birthday was before graduation (and not after, like in my example), they graduated at ages18 and 19.

I love smash bros but every game from brawl onwards it feels like Sakurai intentionally tries to sabotage his work in order to make it competitively unviable. The buffer system, how the online works, the way tourney mode is ran, The way they designed Hero's move set. There is just constant dumb bullshit that doesn't need to be there that almost feels like it was put in the game as a fuck you to anyone trying to play it seriously, he could easily cater to competitive player's preferences without ruining or ailenating casual play at all but instead goes entirely out of his way to make sure the competitive experience of the game is flawed and often a fool's errand overall.

I've never seen a director for a game series this fucking spiteful towards a group of people for enjoying a game a certain way than Mashiro Sakurai . He actively keeps finding new ways of ruining the gameplay for them, its absolutely fucking sadistic.

I swear to god, i truly believe that he doesn't have the worse recovery in the game because of that fucking counter. That fucking counter in the air propels you so far horizontally that you are able to just land and easily fuck someone up instantly. So many people overlook the fact that we can literally recovery just by the opponent throwing projectiles. I don't think there is a character that actually helps them once snake launches his missile offstage. It's such an overlook tool that he has that everyone forgets. Everyone is always surprised saying shit like 'Wow Mac actually made it back on stage.'

That's not right. Most characters will get shieldpoked. Bowser has a special quality called "Tough Guy" that allow him to superarmor multi-hits. This is also why Bowser gets out of rapid jabs and things like holy fire/elfire.
