Blue Shift should have a lower score, it was extremely dull.

Blue shift is pretty bad though. It’s so short and the maps are really uninteresting.

Blue Shift is one of the comfiest games ever. I don’t care what anyone says. Yeah it’s not the big adventure that Half-Life is. No it’s not the broken mess of an expansion that tried too hard to introduce too many things known as Opposing Force. But Blue Shift is perfectly paired with a quiet Sunday afternoon, beer, and a hamburger. Yeah it’s short but damn it’s a good time.

Review scores are pointless and only retards value them. Read the reviews actual content if you aren't sure what to make of a game and move on or don't even bother with reviews. Gaming as a whole would be better if retards learned what reviews are actually for instead of arguing about scores like they mean anything.

Pretty much this, OF tried to put some new meat on the table, BS was just more of the same but done way worse.
It has no purpose to exist since HL has a billion mods that do an excellent job of expanding and pushing it to the limit

Yep. It was never meant to be anything special or groundbreaking.

Blue Shift is great, much better than Opposing Force despite what many people will say. The reason it got such low scores is because it cost $20-30 at release, which was a lot for a game that only lasts about 5 hours. But now that we have hindsight, it was always a terrific game.
