The same as how it seems to be when you first start the game. The Mushroom Kingdom will just be occupied by more Koopas and other invasive species. And due to his keeping Peach captive he'd be the undisputed ruler of the land since he would either marry Peach into becoming Mushroom Kingdom's king or using her as a bargaining chip to stave off a war Bowser would win.

I hope you have no lives left and you were small Mario when he does it. I also hope it happens in Super Mario 1 because it doesn't have continues. I also hope it'll happen in the PAL version of the game, because that version runs at 50 fps as opposed to 60 on the NTSC, giving you less frames to dodge.

He always wins. So bored winning he just let's you to his castle to get Peach back again. If you saw how easy Bowser kidnapps her in the starting cutscenes, it's clear that he's clearly not trying to prevent you to bring her back. Breaks his routine

pretty much the same as now, but with lava here and there and peach would be a happy woman
