Look up ultimate Skyrim. It’s a modpack with around 300 mods that auto downloads and installs them in a perfect load order.

Pirate the DLC.
You don't even need cream api, just install them like any other mod with your prefered mod manager or by just dropping them in the right folder.

Unrelated but Bethesda really fucked up making Starfield before TES6.
I mean, just from a logical perspective, the last two games they released were both Sci-Fi already, now they're gonna release another Sci-Fi game rather than releasing a fantasy game (TES: 6) to give people some variety.
Also I feel like everyone is making Sci-Fi games right now, is it the new fad genre or something?

You know with how chummy Todd is with Elon Musk it honestly wouldn't even surprise me if Starfield ended up having some weird cross-promotion with SpaceX when it came out for some reason.
Hell it wouldn't even surprise me if there weren't references to it in the game itself or something. That was one of the weirdest interviews I've ever seen a game developer partake in and it just so happens that their next game is a sci-fi space game.

There are references to Space X in Andromeda, I wouldn't be surprised if Starfield had the full on logo in the game.
