>dlc is better than the rest of the game
Dlc is better than the rest of the game
>dlc is the only good part of the game
was true with Oblivion too. what about morrowind? never played it
core game was better.
you had 2 expansions, one featuring werewolves and another having to do with some other location and assassins. Overall they are great additions, but the core game was still better.
This but for Oblivion
This but for Skyrim
>game is so shit that dlc is better than the entire game
>dlc is worse than the rest of the game
Every souls game
Why did Miraak reject his destiny and become a dragonpriest?
The ideal DLC is the result of devs learning for feedback so I find the DLC often better than the main game.
>Tribunal
fuck no
>Bloodmoon
On par with the other parts really
>dlc is the only part of the game
>never played it
You should try it. It's fun.
Far Harbor in Fallout 4.
Fuck this piece of shit.
you're just mad vampires btfo some important npc in your game
I was too
>do you want to serve a daedric prince?
>no?
>then stop playing the dlc
what a great dlc
>Well, well - look at that Ascadian fletcher pulling up in his fancy Hlaalu Guar
>... this cart was made in the Bitter Coast
>Well pardon us, Mr. "Telvanni loafers"
>I bought these shoes from Arrille's Tradehouse!
>Well Hippity-Hoppity-Argonians-Are-Property, Mr. "Vivec Canton Manicure"
write the continuation already
>dlc causes nerd faggots to rage
No, I'm mad that instead of just killing vampires I've became a babysitter for retarded waifubait vampgirl, forced to make retarded decisions and endure idiotic drama vampire drama I don't fucking care about.
What was miraak doing? Apart from making people build his shit I didn't understood what he wanted
i hated they forced the waifu shit on you. even worse if you just want too kill vampires.
Dragonborn is one of the best things Bethesda Game Studios has ever made desu
Something too complex for us lorelets to comprehend.
He was soulbound to Hermaeus Mora and trapped in Apocrypha and trying to get out. He was enthralling the population to build him shrines in places of power so he'd have the strength to escape.
No plans of world domination
No mcguffin seeking
Just a weary slave desperately trying to be free
Mora, being Mora, knew exactly what he was doing and figured he could use the situation to get some Skall knowlege and a new slave of the Dragonborn
that tower was peak comfy the only thing I miss from Oblivion in Skyrim
Whenever I think of replaying Skyrim I remember the absolute dogshit writing that permeates the entire game and instantly forget about it, but I'm still intrigued by the premise of Dragonborn, which I've never played. Can I just start the game and go directly into the expansion as soon as I start like in Oblivion or Morrowind?
Why is Vampire Lord so bad?
Yeah, basically. One of the only good things about the shitty scaled leveling in Skyrim. You just go to Winterhold or something I think. It's been a while since I played it.
Shit, I mean Windhelm.
"DLC better than the rest of the game" is definitely Dark Souls 2 in a nutshell and no other game is better described with that sentence than it. All of the three DLC are vastly superior to the base game, notwithstanding the shitty multiplayer areas. Hell, even the best bosses in the game are contained in the DLC (Fume Knight and Sir Alonne, and arguably the Dragon from the first DLC and the Ice Tiger from the third).
>dlc has best girl
>you can't marry her
You first need to be recognized as the dragonborn for priests to start attacking you.
Alright, thanks, I'll check it out someday.
The multiplayer areas are really good if you're actually playing them co-op with a mate or two. Three of us ran the entire of sotfs as a trio a while back; spellblade, pyro and bleed thief. Getting to shank the twop assholes in the iron shithole passage then rain blue death on the turboknights fighting your buds was a hell of a blast.
Pretty much.
>Walk around towns
>Find cultists, kill cultists
>Head to boat, go do the DLC
The main story of the DLC is pretty shit imo, you just go around finding books, then you kill a guy and then herm mora kills a guy and thats about it.
The rest of it is pretty great even for Skyrim.
that's from dark souls 2
>I don't like the DLC's premise, therefore it's shit
>buy armor
>doesn't make horse any more durable
So the Dragonborn becomes a slave of Hermaeus as well? Will the cycle just repeat in the future?
oh It looked like a CGi pic of the Wizard Tower DLC from Oblivion, Dark souls is shit
>and the Ice Tiger from the third
>Fume Knight over Ivory King's Battle Royale
Horrible taste.
Unfortunately this isn't Bethesda's philosophy, so that sentiment has no meaning in this case.
>seriously thinking Ivory King's Battle Royale is better than Fume Knight
His knights are nothing special and the Ivory King himself is a pretty boring boss, the only good thing in that battle is the arena and the uniqueness of having enemies spawn before the boss so that you need to free those 4 soldiers to make the fight easier.
Also, the Ice Tiger is a fun and great boss, but the two of them at once (in Frigid Outskirts) was a shit tier situation.
>they forced the waifu shit on you
And didn’t even let you marry her, ffs
>didn’t even let you marry her
I still don't understand fucking WHY
Final boss was unbeatable
Literally garbage
you just demonstrated that you haven't played it
>noone posted this yet
Perhaps Todd got rejected in high school and he wanted to take it out on us?
This, Mooncrash too.
>Skyrim
>Age of Mythology
>Oblivion
>Medieval 2
>Bloodborne
Why yes, Frea of the Skaal is best girl and you can't marry her.
Does Skyrim have the sexy schoolgirl outfit mods with the mini-skirts just long enough not to see the panties underneath when you stand at eye level?
They had that in Oblivion.
Pretty much. The game takes Hermaeus Mora, who has been basically ignored for most of the series, and made him into a Lovecraftian chessmaster who's only goal is the accumulation of knowledge and power, no matter how obscure or insignificant. Even if ypu directly oppose him you'll wind up benefitting him. At one point Mora manipulates you into letting him brutally murder a man for his ancestral secrets, which literally boil down to hunting tips, weather divination, and a few songs.
It's fukken great
>made him into a Lovecraftian chessmaster who's only goal is the accumulation of knowledge and power
What was he like before? I love the Lovecraftian take on him but I'm curious.
Which daedric prince should get focus in the inevitable elder scrolls VI dlc?
>dlc causes nerd faggots to rage
case in point
>>FaaahHaaaabourrr
It was pretty good desu.
Sanguine
Jyggalag. We have waited long enough.
damn man this
also I was so ready for Nuka World to be the Shivering Isles of F4 but it was just shit
>Sanguine
>entire DLC revolves about throwing the ultimate party and getting everyone drunk
Nuka world was so retarded as a paid dlc
>Dude either play as an evil character or get cucked out of 90% of content
That shit only works if it's in the base game.
Nah, Sheogorath is much cooler and more interesting in principle. Jyggalag is just boring by design.
That sounds like a sick and creative DLC. I'd pay $20 for it.
This would be cool
Sanguine has 100,000 pocket realms too, one for every fetish
Mephala and Sithis
None. They are all there cheering and goading on for the Empire and Thalmor to fight it out again, like those guys on the ship betting on a monkey fight The Simpsons episode.
Hopefully he invites Sheogorath too.
I would like to see the floor tile realm
just for laughs haha
>there are only 100,000 fetishes
We both know this isn't true.
>implying Sanguine isn't spending his free time ticking off a list of potential fetishes
>crossbows are garbage
>vampire lord is garbage
>forced waifushit
>can't go full crusader until the end of the dlc because of forced waifushit
>werewolves made better than vampires in the dlc focused on vampires
>tfw Sanguine's actual job is to keep things tagged in porn sites for the other Princes
No its not.
This can only mean one thing. That you are a faggot game developer, and rather than actually making a Skyrim 6 like the whole fucking world wants, you would prefer to just pump out another gay Expansion, rake in some shekels and keep making shitty games like FO76.
>Skyrim V
>Skyrim V Special Edition
>Skyrim V Legendary Edition
>Skyrim V Dawnguard Expansion
>Skyrim V Hearthfire Expansion
>Skyrim V Dragonborn Expansion
I WANT A NEW GOD DAMN FUCKING SKYRIM, IT'S BEEN 9 FUCKING YEARS ASSHOLES
Well now, that just begs the question, what tags do the other Princes look up?
He would use big words like "eldritch" or "unfathomable" and make you do a fetch quest. In Skyrim he got a lot more personality
>No its not.
>being this delusional
its pretty much the case with every Bethesda game starting with Oblivion, its because the base game must have the wildest possible appeal so a lot of the more interesting aspects of the setting are downplayed, while with the DLC the team has more creative freedom.
honestly, the funny thing here is that the only bad bits of the DLC are the vampire ones, i.e. the main focus. The falmer stuff and soul cairn were great
>Hermaues learns some fascinating new ways to skin a horker, and you become the second most powerful Dragonborn to have ever lived
Neloth is pretty based
corruption
Vaermina, she has an incredible potential
W-what is that a picture of?
>you're now Mora's bitch until he gets bored and tentacle rapes you to death
Neloth was just trying to soften the blow
A NEW HAND TOUCHES THE BEACON!
Is Meridia even a bad daedric prince? She just seems like a bitching strict mom that really hates the undead to me than anything else.
What if I touch it with something other than the hand?
well, even princes like Mehrunez are not really supposed to be purely evil, sooo
Anyone that hates bone bros is automatically bad and should be destroyed.
There's a screencap of a thread explaining exactly what he was doing and how he was achieving it. Don't have it unfortunately.
She use to be an Aedroth, so she's a bit less of an asshole. She has her moments, though. She was the patron deity of the Ayleids who enslaved the people of Cyrodiil, for example.
Even in the base Skyrim Mora is fucking terrifying. In the quest to find the Elder Scroll you come across the insane scholar with the dwarven vault, and Mora's just... there. He heard there was a box with unidentifiable contents and wants it opened. Because he's curious. And his goals just so happen to line up with yours. What a coincidence.
You open the box, containing Mora's artifact Oghma Infinium and Mora fries his now useless minion. Curiosity sated, he invites you to take it. He's curious what you'll do with it
>Crossbows are garbage
In what fucking world? They have higher base damage values than bows and next to no arc to their shots. If you're playing a stealth archer crossbows are much superior to bows.
That's... Definitely not what Hermaeus Mora took from the Skal. The Skal practice magic that no one else in Tamriel is capable of due to their weird monotheistic religious beliefs. That is what he took.
Arenanet really got their shit together with PoF. Too bad it seems they are done with full-fledged expansions now and are going to double down on the living world updates instead.
I like crossbow. highest single attack damage in the game, ignores armor. Stacking chaos, fiery soul trap, and enchanted bolts for even more damage.
I want to see Namira because we know pretty much nothing about her.
that game i never played sucks
I have finished this shit 4 times and still havent beaten the main game since i got it earlier this year
>Want to end the current universe so can reborn himself as the creator of a new universe
Based
What the FUCK was Miraak's fucking problem?
Both Neloth and the Shaman say that the knowledge itself is esoteric and inconsequential. Mora only cares that it has been kept from him.
This and fucking Far Harbor are the only reasons I go back to those games, and even then I am pissed that the quality in the DLC is so much higher than the base game.
Goddess of the unpleasant and unloved.
Be pretty fucking nasty dlc
He wanted to become God of the New World.
Such a disappointment that the game let you enchant staves but not create spells.
That's from the perspective a person for whom the knowledge is ordinary, and another person for whom the knowledge was useless. While it's true that Mora would want any information intentionally hidden from him, even if it was a good recipe for making jenkem, that doesn't mean what he could have gotten from the Skal was inconsequential - you have to remember that it was still important enough to hide, and the cultural dictates of the Skal required them to hide it from him.
My guess is that it was some esoterica dealing with how the mortal plane was forged and maintained, which Daedra wouldn't have had ready access to.
The DLC added a more aggressive Oblivion style scaling which helped bring back a sense of danger.Other than that they were fairly standard fare.
Mediocre additions to mediocre game.
staves are worthless anyways.
It's just traditions and stories/songs. There is no super secret knowledge of existence or powerful ancient magic. It was just fucking stories the Skal kept from Mora, just to troll him. You are reading too much into nothing.
This. As cool as Mora seeking cosmic knowledge is, he's Hermaeus Fucking Mora. He already knows it.
Nigga, this is what the NPC literally says:
>Ancient lore, handed down from shaman to shaman since the All-Maker first gave Solstheim to the Skaal. How to talk to the wind, how to listen to the earth - these are our secrets. Nothing of power or mastery.
It's their fucking magic (which you see them using with the weird wind barrier thing before you turn over the book). Now, will you shut the fuck up?
>Nothing of power or mastery.
ahem
>How to talk to the wind, how to listen to the earth - these are our secrets.
AHEM
>ME2 Lair of the Shadow Broker
>Bloodborne The Old Hunters
>Bioshock 2 Minerva's Den
>RE7 Not a Hero
>Witcher 3 Hearts of Stone
>Horizon The Frozen Wilds
>Shovel Knight Plague of Shadows
>He already knows it.
That's an interesting point, though. Is Hermaeus Mora omniscient? Or is his level of knowledge only dependent upon what is necessary for him to know?
That sounds like Pocahontas stuff. Paint With All the Colors of the Wind.
horse armor does increase the health points of horses
He knows the vast horrible secrets of the cosmos, but the minds of men and elves are a mystery to him. That's Mephala's Sphere
>no shivering isles in Skyrim
>that Sheogorath "quest" that lasts 20 seconds
a slap in the face to be honest, getting the quest takes longer than doing the quest
>>Using horses
>Dark souls is shit
have a cracker, polly
Every time in these threads I am reminded how crazy and expansive Elder scrolls lore actually is.
As for the subject at hand, Bioware has a habit of making dlc far superior to the base game. I'd say it's only logical though. By the time they get around to dlc they will have had plenty of feedback to incorporate.
Great post. Thank you
That doesn't seem right to me. They're definitely related, but in the sense that they both deal with differing aspects of fate and casuality. Mora seems to deal with how causal acts are related to one another - the perception of time with past, present, future which forms an entire web. Mephala, though, deals with how that web is influenced, and how events can be used to shape how the web progresses (and also with the means of influence itself, giving to the Dunmeri perception of it). They both have knowledge of the desires in the minds of mortals, and both are known in legend for their capacity to tempt - how could Hermaeus Mora tempt someone if he didn't grasp basic mortal desires?
I'd probably say Hermaeus Mora is defined by the lack of knowing something. Maybe he knows only what's given to him, taken by him or otherwise acquired by himself, be it through scrying or otherwise. He has the capacity for omniscience, but to be omniscient seems to negate his purpose.
how has no one brought this up yet
this was the most, if not only, (((playable))) part of fallout 4
He just wants it because his whole deal is stringing people along in return for knowledge to enact his will.
What happens when some day some guy comes up asking for secret skal shit, and he has to go "uh sorry bro dont got it" all the other princes would be laughing at him.
Nope, you are if you chose it, but in the end, Mora is SCARED SHITLESS of you because you beat Alduin and became a literal Aedra at this rate.
Mora wants to get you by using the seduction of knowledge as he did with Miraak, but you as the LDB is stronger than that.
Vanilla after sovngarde if you do the MQ has Clavicus Stating that even without Barbas he's no more powerful than you, and if you do Dragon Rising.
>"The power to crush all before me!"
>-"Really? Power? You're a dragonborn; you already have more power than most people who aren't immense, fire-breathing monsters."
And even the Ideal Masters can't control Durnehviir fully because he's a Dragon.
The LDB at the end of Skyrim is so powerful that even the Daedra ends up cool with you because of it.
>Wyvernborn
its just a fancy way of describing sticking a wet finger up to feel the direction of the wind

>>Ideal Masters
So what are they? We know that binding souls is Molag Bal's thing, so are they his "bankers?"
I'd like a dlc around Meridia and Arkay
Meridia, Stendarr and Arkay are literally Bros, with Meridia trying to be Kynareth and failing
Na, they're not related. They were an ancient order of necromancers who basically perfected the art of soul trapping to the level that they could bind their own souls without needing physical bodies, becoming immortals. They fucked off to Oblivion and became its soul merchants. An interesting idea is that maybe Mannimarco got some inspiration from those fucks.
Stendarr is good too
Something like huge undead bullshit is happening
Your choices could lead you to become a divine champion of arkay/stendarr Or become a champion of meridia
Huh, whereas Mephala can. Neat. That's a good point.
I'd be worried about doing a DLC entirely around a Prince. It helps to keep them vague and mysterious. Dishonored 2 told me way too much about the Outsider
Sweet, so you can do necromancy without bowing to that cunt Molag.
Why do people worship him anyway? He doesn't care about you, and he'll soulrape and ghostfuck you the second you cease to be of use
>Old man Daud wasn't the playable character in Death of the Outsider
I'll never not be mad, Billie was alright at best, there is nothing positive or negative to say about her
>Only npc to actually care for you and have some bonding with
>Can't marry her
TOOOOODD
>I'd be worried about doing a DLC entirely around a Prince. It helps to keep them vague and mysterious.
Dragonborn and Shivering Isles begs to differ
Molag Bal actually isn't all that heavily associated with necromancy as a concept. Better sources of knowledge for necromancers would be the Cult of Worms and worshipping Mannimarco, or the Ideal Masters (but their prices are really steep).
Mooncrash sucks
Is there more esoteric lore from Daggerfall and or Arena like the ideal masters or are we stuck in MKs "finger in the bum " tier stuff from now on?
>dumb animal noises
Yeah, because shit like Ebonarm is so fucking great, right?
>Ebonarm
You talking shit about my boy ebonarm?
Take your n'wah god and HoonDing the fuck out of here.
I've only ever seen his name in appendices. Is he dead like Trinimac? Aedra or Daedra? What was his Sphere?
You dont wanna make me upset
I'll make sure to split your atom size nuts
he is in a bit of a limbo, its not really clear whether he got retconned or not
>n'wah
>dunmer
>gods
ha, the only Mer who legit achieved godhood is Mannimarco, since he has his own moon now, meaning that he retroactively was present at convention and is now retroactively a god
Just read the entry on him and well yes. Anymore like this?
Imagine the main character went to the floor tile realm and came on the tiles by accident haha
From what I read he is Yokudan but is described as a Nord (Flowing reddish blond hair , steel blue eyes) .
I prefer the vanilla experience. Also dawn guard is way more fun than dragonborn.
He's a war god. Doesn't fit the concept of Aedra or Daedra at all. I've read stuff that suggests he might be a Yokudan god, but he hasn't ever been mentioned outside of Arena and Daggerfall. I'd guess they stopped using him because he's shitty.
I'd guess you also enjoy watching paint dry.
true for both.
Absolutely this. Brume tower is an S-tier location.
>wanting to marry the God of Rape’s cocksleeve
Lmao
Mate the bit in the cave and finding the last remaining snow elves was awesome. Stay c u c k e d.
Dragonborn was some nostalgia bait only good thing was the respec thing.
Yes.
I liked Dawnguard. I was referring to your liking the vanilla experience. Only niggers try to bypass word filters, by the way.
I haven't played Dragonborn, are these guys connected to Morrowind's Ascended Sleepers?
Nope. Seekers are Daedra.
nah, they are just some dudes that chill in Moras realm
And Hermaeus Mora
Cucked
Wonder what it filters to

Hes was a local war god in Hammerfell.
He would probably be considered aedra in the sense that he was a powerful ancestor spirit, but hes not a big one like the divines. Hes a smaller lesser god like sai or baan dar

This guy's animations are great and he updates his pack on a monthly basis.
dawnguard is better just because it has the forgotten vale
I don’t see why he wouldn’t, Sheogorath seems like he’d be pretty good at parties whenever he doesn’t turn into Jyggalag.
>We get shit like Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 instead of Bethesda even working on a new Elder Scrolls game.
Could this animations work without updating loverslab? I have the 1.59 I think, I am afraid of fucking something up by updating, I just fixed my skyrim after a mod fucked my game
I dunno how they made something as good as this and then went on to make Nuka World and 76
same with this one.
But with TES I'm far more concerned about them dumbing down that RPG series. The point of no return and the limit was reached with Oblivion and then you get the steaming pile of shit that is Skyrim which was good on so many levels but so dumbed down at the same time you don't have any replay value because every character you play as will be the same spellsword sneak archer bullshit.
It will be well over a decade between TES games.
Well over.
shut up, faggot.
let them take their time.
Fallout 76 was shit and gay because it was rushed beyond belief.
Fuck off gramps.
Old games weren't complicated just poorly made.
No idea. Why are you still using 1.59 though? 1.62 has been out for ages and it's stable enough. Plus you can get loverslab.com
Fallout 76 would have been shit regardless. The decisions they made were pants on head retarded.
imagine this: they gonna pull the no human NPC meme with TES and then it's "they did the same thing like the dwemer and now they're gone". yeah, who needs catmen, lizardmen, elves and all the other human fucks when we can just ditch a few skeletons with notes here and there? brilliant low effort.
Ummm.. they had 4 fucking years for Fallout 76?
Where was this Bethesda when they were making the base games?
>Sweet, so you can do necromancy without bowing to that cunt Molag.
Not really that much of a better deal, tho. The Soul Masters are just as much interested in YOUR soul as they are in others, hell, they aren't afraid to screw dragons over.
older titles were just as keen on making you the jack of all trades as Skyrim, hell the way attributes and multipliers worked, actively encouraged you to be a jack of all trades type, even more then Skyrim
this.
>DD
>has western dragons with actual arms and correct size that are really hard to kill

base game has to be simple and approachable in terms of worldbuilding since it needs to have wide appeal, at least thats how Zenimax feels about it
Don't do it there's high level shit there from the start you'll get destroyed by ash spawn as soon as you leave raven rock
I use 1.59 and never updated because I have fears of breaking everything
What mod manager are you using? If you're on MO1 or 2 then you have nothing to fear by upgrading to the latest version. If you're not using MO, then you gotta switch to it.

getting rid of mysticism was retarded considering how much god worship there is in TES. you now have less to experiment with.
Are we ever going to see Jyggalag again?
Jyggalag? More like Jyggaboo!
>class
class means nothing since its just a few extra points in a set of skills, the way the game worked with the x5 multiplier AND the way several attributes affected the same underlying stat (end and willpower affecting stamina for example) meant that it was very easy to make characters that are great at everything and since you maxed out attributes waay before you maxed out skills to get that x5 you were encouraged to use some other skills
you have no idea what you are talking about basically
>Gicel
Probably, but I hope not. Jyggalag exists solely to be incredibly boring. He's so boring the other daedra cursed him into being an annoying sperglord just to liven him up.
>class means nothing

Honestly my main gripe with Skyrim is that they went way too hardcore on crafting, it destroyed any sense of progression when you can sharpen and iron dagger to be 5 times more powerful than a daedric warhammer
both werent good

His mind was literally overridden by the personality of the mad god. His life before being sheogorath is a faint memory and in reality the real CoC is likely trapped in his own mind while a daedric prince takes his body and soul for an eternity long joy ride.

They're the same being now but the CoC body has long rotted away and transcended mortal form and Sheogorath has more mortal insight than other deadric princes.
Every single DLC, fuck, why main game was awful?
the writing is good, but the quests are garbage and on all routes you end doing the same missions.

They seem to be mortals whose lust for knowledge enthralled them to Hermaeus Mora.
>Morian Zenas described to me an endless library, shelves stretching on in every direction, stacks on top of stacks. Pages floated on a mystical wind that he could not feel. Every book had a black cover with no title. He could see no one, but felt the presence of ghosts moving through the stacks, rifling through books, ever searching.

>Throughout his visits to the first four realms, my master spoke to me constantly. Upon entering the Apocrypha, he became quieter, as he was lured into the world of research and study, the passions that had controlled his heart while on Nirn. I would frantically try to call to him, but he closed his mind to me.
>Then he would whisper, 'This cannot be …'
>'No one would ever guess the truth …'
>'I must learn more …'
>'I see the world, a last illusion's shimmer, it is crumbling all around us …'
>I would cry back to him, begging him to tell me what was happening, what he was seeing, what he was learning. I even tried using Conjuration to summon him as if he were a Daedra himself, but he refused to leave. Morian Zenas was lost.
>I last received a whisper from him six months ago. Before then, it had been five years, and three before that. His thoughts are no longer intelligible in any language. Perhaps he is still in Apocrypha, lost but happy, in a trap he refuses to escape.
>cheese grater
>"No one would ever guess the truth"
That they are living in a dream?
If only the forsworn were as cool as that pic.
Fucking hell.
>all these results for bronies and sanic
>mod have better ost than main game

Makes you wonder what'll happen to the dragonborn if they keep screwing around in apocrypha after Miraak is defeated, Mora might just decide to shut the gate and trap them in there.
>"So dragonborn... what do you know about hentai?"
bullshit, I went straight through the raven rock mine quest and was able to defeat the dragon priest as soon as I arrived
FUCK just give me a co-op Elder Scrolls Main-Line experience.
>he doesn't use OpenMW multiplayer
>implying Mora can do anything to LDB
Mora couldn't control Miraak and now LDB is more powerful than MIraak with all his knowledge his centuries in Apocrypha.
He said main line.
I don't think Morrowind is even canon anymore.
Why are Living Story always so bad??
Id rather marry Valerica.
Mommy Meridia.
Malacath is also somewhat "nice" if you remember the Oblivion quest of freeing those slave ogres.
Sheogorath is also nice sometimes. Same with Sanguine, Hircine and Azura. But in the end they're all a mixed bag. Boetiah is definitily not nice though.
you sound like a neanderthaler wojak meme.
necromancers are the most degenerate wizards there are.
>cheese grater
I know that feel
I'd love her if she didn't hate necromancy. Actually I love her anyway, yell at me more~ mommy.
Is Boethia kinda like the max stirner of the deadra?
At level 1 with an iron sword?
I don't even know. I'd have to read up on that.
But she is degenerate because she ate Trinimac and shat out Malacath which cursed some mer to become orcs. Betrayal isn't exactly a virtue either.
>I want to see Namira because we know pretty much nothing about her.
literally Dawnguard DLC. like what the fuck do you want? she's about vampires and cannibales. you already got that.
I mean her cult is always about liying, making trouble, betraying others and doing whatever you feel like it, seems to attract a bunch of egoist looking to prove who can be the most asshole fucker to ever exist
are you retarded? you get the dlc quest once you do the first greybeard shit and by then you have decent enough loot to kill
Vampires are Molag Bal's domain he created the volkihar bloodline
We'll need condoms.
shit. I thought it was Namira. It would fit. Oh well, it's been a while since I played Dawnguard.
That's not necessary you can visit Solstheim right away without visiting the greybeards the ship captain is at windhelm, only thing you can't do is Miraak's questline.
>asking non-sensical questions
next time go to Clavicus before meeting Sheogorath
Wrong.
‘Ate deadra
‘Ate orcs
‘Ate the emperor
‘Ate imperials
‘Ate Altmer. Not racist, just don’t like ‘em
‘Ate dragons
‘Ate giants
‘Ate falmer
Love are Talos
Love ‘ammers
Love shoutin’
Love Dunmer
‘Nuff said
would you agree?
Why else would Skyrim's Sheogorath describe the sensible and sane Martin as "the best Septim that's ever ruled"?
100%
>implying I did that
Imagine having all that power and using it to save instead of control the world
Wew lad
Crossbows were great, so is the final quest is you use dawnbreaker and auriel's bow. Vampires are boring, and the falmer quest was drawn out as fuck.
>tfw no plump Telvanni bride
What the actual fuck is this guy's problem?
Watch out, he has an iron dagger!
>dlc introduces MYSTERY NIGGAS
Miraak got his ass beat by a regular dragon priest so bad he had to be rescued by Mora at the last minute and spend thousands of years dicking around in the realm of knowledge. His power level clearly wasn't ready to dominate the world yet.
What is Morrowind's equivalent of Norilsk?
Definitely
What did Martin rule? Nigga died before anyone even knew his name. Sheo was taking the piss
He's the last dragonborn emperor that ruled for 5 minutes but he put on a good show and is immortalized in statue form forever
I thought Sithis wasn't actually real?
Where'd you get that from? Sithis is the void.
If you break the rules of the DB in oblivion Sithis shows up as a wraith and attacks you
Oh snap, good to know, then.
Is Dawnguard worth it for lorefags? If it's just vampires being idiots I'll pass.
The lore is probably the only good part of it
>can't marry saadia
>can't marry salma
what do I have to do in this goddamn game to achieve a qt 3.14 redguard gf
mod it
The housecarl for the lakeview manor can be married
Based and CHIMpilled.
the lore is pants-on-head retarded, albeit interesting
soul cairn and the forgotten vale are worth it
It is vampires being idiots but in this case they have a chance to block out the sun permanently and you can do it yourself as a gameplay function
Alright that sounds intriguing enough, I'll give it a shot. Thanks anons.
Well.
Can I get the sauce, is there more?
Lads? Ladettes?
Solstheim has the best music in the game for actively questing
I don't know about better but certainly on par. See the future was neat too but a little disappointing.
>Sithis isn't real
I thought he is actually Lorkhan or the "dead moon". Or at least that's what I read somewhere
Theyre not really in a good place in the story for an expansion. For HoT we had to travel to the jungle to kill an elder dragon actively threatening society, then for PoF we had Balthazaar make a bee-line through the cryatal desert, giving us reason to go to elona.
Im expecting cantha to have been taken over by the deep sea dragon, which would give us reason to lead a full-scale assault against the nation. Until then it looks like we're heading north.
>racemixes in TES
disgusting. I don't even like Bretons because of that.
he has to deal with the faggot that Bethesda made him look like a reskinned dark elf. I'd be cray-cray and pissed too and drink trying to forget.
Dunno why people praise it so much. The dlc started good and promised a mystery, but it turns out it's a blunder about synths replacing people again. I was expecting something more. Why the island is so deadly? Why the mists in there are radioactive? None of that got explained. I like Far Harbor, but it kinda missed something that would have made it a truly satisfying experience. Even true nature of Kumiko is not revealed.
And what should he look like?
I heard some guy in dragonborn pronounce N'wah as Inwah but everyone else says it like nwaaaa. Which is it.
Game?
I really think the biggest problem with Bethesda games is the huge open world part of it when they are limited to smaller areas they do pretty decent stuff. See also far harbor and to some extent nuka world
>We will never get concept art Markarth
Abandoned house best free storage.
I don't get it. Is it c0da thing?
the joke is that yagrum is a neckbeard
>Sanguine turns you into a girl
Nigga, he's the last living Dwemer.
>Sanguine is the strictest enforcer of rule 34
>he creates a new pocket dimension each time he finds a new subject
and also a fat neckbeard
oi ah laffed et wuz funneh
more like Oblivion dremora. that was authentic despite oblivion character models.
not potato face though. just more scarred and scorched skin in that engine with updated textures.
Also Clavicus Vile's, technically.
it looks incredibly close to that, dude.
>DLC player homes are better than all base game player homes combined
THE TWO HOLES?!
Surprised no one posted this
>game
>DLC revolutionizes the industry's financial model years in advance
did they ever post one for Altmer?
well damn, I never realised that pic was missing altmer
I'm honestly not a fan of Skyrim houses that are outside of cities. They are just simple houses, no walls, no guards... At least with dawnguard you get a vamp castle which seem appropriate and defendable.
