I went there once during one of the days open to the public and it was a pretty awful experience. Air conditioning was failing and the halls were filled with fat, sweaty, loud people. The whole place could burn down with the people inside and nothing of value would be lost.

It's only worth it if you are willing to wait 5+ hours for the AAA games you want to play.
Otherwise, just enjoy the unpopular games which have a 0-15 minutes line. Last time I was there, you could play DQ11 for like 1 hour and nobody would bother you. Fist of the Northstar was also 30 mins of gameplay with a 5 minute line.
Monster Hunter World before release was fucking horrible. 4 hours to play a 15 minute demo. I don't expect anything else for Iceborne.
