honestly I was afraid before release that theyre gonna tone down the gore for whatever reason, it was a fine surprise to see I can shoot someone until just a torso left

they're executions. If you get close to an enemy just press to shoot (no ads). Different guns/melee weapons have different executions. Stabbed a guy in the neck with an arrow once when I had my bow out.

It's just a huge waste of time this game. It's stunning the amount of technology in this game but they overdid it with the realism in some areas

Honestly, it's a lot better than GTA even though the controls are much worse and there's a lot less to do. Less griefers and annoying cops.

In the newswire that talks about the 3 roles, and other things coming like resetting appearance without resetting stats, there is almost a throwaway line that could be the most important part of the update. It just depends on what it actually means.

for those bitching about the games story when all they want to do is burn through it, why the fuck do you play open world games? go investigate a campsite , hunt , fish, collect a fucking bounty then play poker. the story is is good and yeah the missions are linear. the rest of the game is. if you want options rob a train or sneak around town mudering people, or raid a bandit camp if you want you can do that any way you want. yes youll get a bounty , and im sorry you dont like that but the games trying to be semi realistic and if some lunatics solo robbing trains the world reacts to your choice. now go play a weebo sex sim you idiot.

this. I rushed through the story on my first playthrough just to avoid spoilers. Now on my second playthrough I'm taking my time with exploring and hunting ,etc., and I'm finding so much stuff I completely missed the first time around.
