The Demon Edition leak floating around claims Keifer (as Ishmael), Robin Atkin Downes (Kaz), and James Horan (Skullface) are the only returning voice actors, and that everyone else is getting recast or in Code Talker and Quiet's case, cut from the game.

I could see a HUNK centric RE being announced. He's a fan favorite who was just reintroduced to all the new fans REmake 2 brought in. I'd be surprised if it got a physical release, though.

Bear in mind that the new Resident Evil game is some kind of co-op affair. Expect something like Operation Raccoon City or Umbrella Corps, but far more polished. The HUNK section in RE2 Remake is pure kino. Imagine an FPS RE co-op game or some shit.
