I imagine a future in which this is unironically possible, create your own randomly-generated video game, with AI voice acting, AI written story and dialogue, AI created cutscenes. Choose a setting, choose the type of gameplay you want, choose the environments, etc.

The tech isn't even that far off, within a few decades we will have AI capable of creating their own stories / dialogue, and using real voices to generate AI voice acting.

Drum and Bass was the "in" music that games used before dubstep became the vogue. Pendulum was proceeded by Skrillex. To a degree it's always been popular with gamers for montages and the like, but 2010 I'd say it was at it's height of popularity in terms of being used by companies to advertise and for sound tracks.
