>Don't forget Doom 3 had stone tablets depicting the Doom Slayer/Doomguy.
>Those tablets were prophecies foretelling the emergence of Doom 3's protagonist.
Both wrong. The tablets depict an ancient martian hero who wielded the soul cube and sacrificed himself to stop a previous demon invasion. You see his burial chamber near the end of 3.
It appears as though there is some confusion amongst the populace in regard to the lore of Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal...
Because the gameplay in Eternal isn't that much different from 2016's.
from what I can tell it's because it's the same fucking gameplay
You are a charlatan and a fool
The very thing that made Doom Guy an interesting character was the fact that he was just some dude.
Giving him revenge motivation and all that shit cheapens his rampage
Doomguy does not kill for revenge
he does not kill for vengeance
he does not kill for good,
he does not kill for evil,
He kills because it is fun
>DoomSlayer and Doomguy are two(2) entirely different people.
>Daisy is on the Doom Eternal cover art.
Doesn't this prove you're wrong?
>Doomguy does not kill for revenge
>Daisy
The demons were going to die no matter what, so it's not really killing for revenge. just being extra mad when he killed them anyway
the comic is not canon. the novels are not canon. nu-doom is not canon.
