I don't know, gave the beta a try when it was live and it felt empty, no satisfaction in the gameplay, tried to hard to be arcady
all the while it tried to copy split/second, which was also a shitty racing game.
The devs made a game that was published by Codemasters, on the serface it looks like a successr to Motorstorm, but seeing how it operates it it's nothing like the Motorstorm games.
Me thinks that Sony doesn't want to remaster the games due to the music used.

Man, i was going to type that, but thought it might sound silly. As arcady as the the first two were, Apocalypse was definitely moreso. But i wouldn't say it was a bad thing, as it was executed well.
Maybe give the full version a go and see if you still feel that way? Because the most major difference i feel it the amount of air you get.
