Boomer here. I'm looking for a based game with extra kino and extremely comfy. Be light on the shilling, no reddit or goal post moving and hold the strawmen. Make sure there's nothing cringe and no onions. Can't have any zoomers either. Oh, and make sure it's teeming with SOUL.
Homeworld. Space RTS with extremely good presentation, fun gameplay if you are into RTS, otherwise it becomes very hectic for newbies and a hook of a story. It got a remastered version a few years back, it does the job now but the OG game has that charm to it you won't find anywhere else. It has 2 sequels, Homeworld: Emergence (formerly Cataclysm's) which is mechanically the best game in the series but is not comfy at all given its horror theme. Homeworld 2 was the direct sequel, the gameplay is dumbed down and the story is a confusing mess but at least it has a ton of really good mods.
okay little boomer girl, I think I have a game for you. It's called Seven Kingdoms. It's pretty based, got some extra kino in there when you've trained up your troops properly. It's a 90s pc game so nothing zoom about it. Very comfy when you're growing your population, setting up markets and trade routes. No cringe in it, no onions either, although that's mostly because there's no story to it. It's not a perfect game, but it's pretty good. Just make sure to have a screen resolution open while you play the game.
