You're entitled to your own opinion even if it's wrong. Metroid goes for a different feeling entirely, and Ridley's theme does exactly what it needs to for a character theme. I won't argue about liking Castlevania's OSTs better than Metroid's, but to claim Super's specifically is shit is just trying to start an argument.

Supserstar Ultra has the best variety of stuff, and it's a good way to see what style of kirby game you like.

I was listening to Kars's theme as I saw this thread. I'm not going to post it here because it's not vidya, but I just thought it was a neat coincidence

If you have a DS or a 3DS, Superstar Ultra is probably the best overall game and a fantastic entry point as well. The original Superstar Saga on SNES is good too though; most recurring concepts throughout the series originate or were perfected in Superstar Saga, so it's a good launch pad to get into the rest of the series. Out of the more recent games, Triple Deluxe and Star Allies are good, albeit kind of safe. Robobot follows the same formula as those games but has a bit more flair to it. The GBA and DS games are all solid too, some better than others. Out of the spin offs, Air Ride and Canvas Curse are probably the best/most beloved. Honestly though, there really isn't a bad Kirby game. Just find one you think looks interesting and give it a try.
