The scene honestly annoyed me because, going into the game roughly aware of how things end up, having the game grab me by the shoulders and scream in my face "FEEL SAD! FEEL EMOTIONS! SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADNESS!" just ended up with the opposite reaction. The whole thing almost felt comical with how obvious the setup was, and the opening with all these characters I don't know or care about all FEELING THINGS just made it feel like I was stepping into a movie that was already part over.
