How could he not done anything wrong when he got caught and executed
Didn't he play baseball ?
I can think of one specific thing he may have done wrong
It was self-defense
>girl was fucked with a broken wrist with no weapon at a bathroom
>Self defense
He should have called everyone
Sound proof rooms. his only options were go back to his room and hide there until morning then tell everyone or kill her.
>Sound proof rooms
You can still knock on the doors you dipshit.
You think she wouldn’t try to kill him again later? We already know she’s a snake who couldn’t be trusted. The only option was to kill her and get away with it; otherwise, his life would be in danger anytime she was around.
If the manga is canon, he wasn't even trying to kill her, he broke the lock on the door because he was worried about her and wanted to talk things out.
based and leonpilled
he was shit at covering up his crime and failed to be good at even his own ultimate talent, by failing to throw a spherical object at a specific opening in space.
Ah yes I'll just leave this would-be-murderer alone in the bathroom and forget about this excellent opportunity to kill someone who would gladly kill others to get out for free, after all there's no system where you must deceive everyone else and get away with it, getting them all executed in the process, right? Because if there was I would not know about that because we have not been told about that yet. This girl would simply try to murder again later on, and no one would believe me over a famous idol after all.
The actual problem with this post is thinking Leon's a character. Even the fatty had more personality
Based retard. Sayaka was the one with a knife and literally sent him a note, to her room. All Leon had was a golden sword that couldn't be used to commit a murder. If he ran to tell everyone what happened, they would have believed him. It wasn't self-defense or anything remotely altruistic. He just wanted to kill (arguably in retribution) and leave.
>wrote his own name in the bathroom wall
dropped the game right there
He didn't check to make sure his own victim was dead. That's plenty wrong right there.
And how would he prove that Sayaka had the knife? How would he prove that the note was for a murder plot?
>And how would he prove that Sayaka had the knife?
Because people literally saw her with the knife. And the fact that the entire room was trashed meant there had been a struggle, so Sayaka definitely had a weapon. That Leon struck her with an ornament instead of a bladed weapon would mean he wasn't the instigator.
>How would he prove that the note was for a murder plot?
Because it would support the idea that she lured him in there. Because there is a nighttime rule in place and Sayaka would obviously know that. The fact is that if Leon took the initiative and called everyone out there, he would have had a strong advantage over her, even based on his own knowledge. Outside his perspective Kyoko and Makoto would have known he was telling the truth too.
Now here's a legitimate candidate
Q-Taro from Your Turn To Die/Kimi Ga Shine. This character is among my top three favorites for how realistic they are considering the situation the game take place in. Many people blindly hate them while they'd act no different if put through the same experiences. Maybe they are afraid of themselves by projecting their disdain to this fictional character
>Because people literally saw her with the knife.
Okay yeah I forgot about that. But going to the kitchen to get a knife doesn't mean she tried to kill someone with it; she could have said it was for self-defense in general, like when she went with Makoto to go get a weapon earlier in the chapter.
>And the fact that the entire room was trashed meant there had been a struggle
She could have just cleaned it up, or used the self-defense excuse if she couldn't.
>That Leon struck her with an ornament instead of a bladed weapon would mean he wasn't the instigator.
She could have played off the wrist injury as her accidentally hurting herself doing something else, or if she couldn't clean up the room she could have said Leon attacked her spur-of-the-moment.
>Because it would support the idea that she lured him in there. Because there is a nighttime rule in place and Sayaka would obviously know that.
She could have denied writing the note in the first place. Even if she couldn't, she could just say it was only a minor violation because the nighttime rule wasn't even official and she was only asking someone to walk down the hallway to meet up with her.
>Hides herself in the bathroom
>He runs back to his room, gets tools, runs back, unlocks the door, and then kills her
SHE WAS COMING RIGHT FOR US
Probably deserved to die though.
>waking everybody up in the middle of the night for some bullshit
That's just asking to get the shit beaten out of you.
>some bullshit
>Almost died
Yeah okay
Better Chapter 1 culprit coming through
I feel like everyone forgets that when someone commits a murder and tries to get away with it, they're literally trying to fuckin murder the entire rest of the class as per the rules of the killing game.
How wrong do you need it to be? You can't justify that shit.
>Okay yeah I forgot about that. But going to the kitchen to get a knife doesn't mean she tried to kill someone with it; she could have said it was for self-defense in general, like when she went with Makoto to go get a weapon earlier in the chapter.
But it makes her incredibly suspicious. One evidence might be circumstantial but add them up and you start getting a picture.
>She could have just cleaned it up, or used the self-defense excuse if she couldn't.
Hard to believe self-defense when you invited the dude there. If you were that scared then don't do something that would place you in such danger. More importantly, they destroyed the room. How would she have had enough time to clean up if Leon immediately went to call other people?
>She could have played off the wrist injury as her accidentally hurting herself doing something else, or if she couldn't clean up the room she could have said Leon attacked her spur-of-the-moment.
That's a hella convenient excuse to have accidentally broken your wrist on an ornament. Do you think the other characters are all idiots?
>She could have denied writing the note in the first place. Even if she couldn't, she could just say it was only a minor violation because the nighttime rule wasn't even official and she was only asking someone to walk down the hallway to meet up with her.
Except she told Makoto that she wouldn't open the door for anyone, so that lie would have been exposed. Leon had a fair chance and he chose not to take it and to kill instead.
I don't think they explained everything involving the trials at that point.
He did nothing wrong because it's fiction
>didn't play the game
The rule was first established after Sayaka was killed
Oh well you just remember this post for when someone says anyone else did nothing wrong then.
I only picked up the shitty danga games because sayaka is the best girl, then she barely gets any spotlight.
waifus and the ost are the only reason to bother with this garbage. Thank god for that huge sale.
I fucking missed it by one day. So mad.
>sayaka is the best girl
The mastermind really wasn't that confident about their game. Withheld important information like that and also had moles forced to kill if nobody else did. This is the only game where that happens.
Not him, and while you are right, don't use fucking Kaede of all people as pic related. Nobody fucked up as hard as that bitch.
>That's a hella convenient excuse to have accidentally broken your wrist on an ornament. Do you think the other characters are all idiots?
She didn't have to say that she broke it on the ornament though, she could have said she broke it doing something else.
Anyway it's becoming increasingly apparent to me that Leon could have proved beyond reasonable doubt that Sayaka did some fucky shit and tried to kill him. However I still feel that with all the motivation to get outside, including the safety of his family, his life, and the stress of the killing game, as well as the fact he was only aware one person had to die to leave, it wasn't so bad to kill one attemped-murderer to try and gtfo of the school. Keep in mind he could have tried to kill anyone of his own accord like Sayaka did, but his actions were at worst using the opportunity provided to him.
Even if she fucked up, she's still best girl
Well yeah. Never said Leon was evil or anything, just that he had an intent to murder when he didn't have to. He lacked information, was probably afraid that someone threatened his life and thought he could kill them and just leave.
>waaaaaah you made my friend kill herself
>so I’m gonna kill you all, AND myself, AND the two other people who didn’t treat her like shit
The FUCK was her deal?
The cast of DR1 were pretty messed up. Even Kyoko did some horrible shit to Makoto that a normal man would have trouble ever forgiving.
Togami was actually one of the most trustworthy and loyal, I can't believe it.
>Be Sayaka
>Useless pop star thot
>Attempts a murder
>Targets an athletic, strong guy
>Not a weakling like the tranny
>planned on framing Makoto
She deserved what she got
>ties up a small dead boy for the laughs
>>Targets an athletic, strong guy
>>Not a weakling like the tranny
Who else could she have picked? She didn't know anybody except Makoto and she didn't want to kill him + needed a fall guy. Sayaka just happened to be there when Leon admitted he was a horny idiot who took music for granted. And it's not like you need to be as strong as somebody to shank them with a weapon. What Sayaka did wrong was forget the golden sword was in the room. Ironically, she told Makoto to put it there for his safety and couldn't use it for murder, herself.
And this is still better than 90% of the cast.
>the laughs
Wasn't just for laughs. He wanted a complicated trial to expose if Makoto's deductions in the earlier trial wasn't luck. He was scoping out the competition.
Retribution is justice. Leon did nothing wrong.
Fair point. Chihiro would be an easy kill for anybody
>"THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN NEED PROVE THEIR WORTH"
>literally doesn't contribute one iota to anything
>is the only guy who repeatedly breaks down and cries
>>Not a weakling like the tranny
She didn't know Chihiro was a boy and really had no guarantee they would respond to her message. Same as the rest of the girls. Sayaka made and executed her plan in the same evening. No shit it was rushed.
Name a better couple. Protip - you can't
AHEM
Makoto and Mukuro
I ONLY LOVE GONTA
Actually burst out laughing. That cunt doesn't even appear in his DR3 flashback. He doesn't give a shit about her.
i can't believe makoto didn't tap that idol puss
The fuck up wasn’t missing the shirt throw. The fuck up was turning on the furnace in the first place. The furnace stayed on all night and the ball was there. Nobody even bothered to look in everybody else’s room.
T. doesn't understand grief or human emotion
What are you Byakuya?
He did to test who skilled the dr1 cast was at mystery solving, but that was terribly explained
Well in 1 monokuma just wants to demoralize everyone by showing the last bastions of the world before the tragedy then make them butcher each other to demoralize the world. In 2 monokuma blatantly cheats with shit like the despair disease and the funhouse because he just wants to mindbreak everyone. V3 has all sorts of similar shot like the mastermind killing someone, framing someone else, and monokuma treating them as the culprit.
in 2 he cheats to make sure there aren't enough people to start the lockdown and thus have Junko be reborn in the bodied of the dead
Best girl coming through.
Fuck off hopeman, Hajime is for Chiaki
Based. Truly the Fujisaki family is the best
How about we compromise all of that
>tfw Chiaki is very attractive, arguably the best, but is too vanilla for my taste.
Acceptable
I'm far from a vanillafag yet I still love Chiaki
She's my favoritewith Kaede and Miu
I still like her. The moments of sarcasm she has during the trial are gold. My problem is, she never seems to get angry. I guess that's the point and all, but a scene like when Kyoko gives Makoto the silent treatment, would have been cute for her.
cute and canon
She doesn't really get angry because she's really autistic and sleepy and it's a cute thing
>secret dangan thread
Nice try faggot. Mods come do your job
>manga
Not canon.
>snake
Like everyone else.
>Tool kits stop being relevant after the first kill
>Sewing kits were never relevant
>No encouragement of this nature is ever again provided by Monokuma in any game
What was meant by this?
Mukuro is the best
Those people dislike him for reasons why they dislike Sayaka. Because they're realistic.
Best retard sure
Wut? Sayaka's disliked (not really anymore), because people self-insert and don't remember the game all that well, only the general outline.
>retard: the post
Yeah. Sayaka's care for Makoto aka golden sword was what fucked her over.
You sound retarded.
So it's not ok for Sayaka but ok for Aoi?
>implying he didn't
Calm down, lad.
This. You have that one retard saying "hurr Sayaka was trying to kill Makoto and everyone else" despite the class trial rules being announced after her death. Or "Sayaka was playing Makoto from the start" despite actually remembering his name, his class number(they weren't even in the same class) and what he did in middle school with the crane in their first year which implies she basically stalked him in secret back then.
They let their hurt feelings over her betrayal after she got pushed over the edge due to her friends being in danger and have let their blind anger cloud their judgement and memories of how the game presented it.
From how much they destroyed the room they must have had as fucking anime fight in there, the katana never even came out of the sheath. Sayaka was going whole hog with that knife.
probably because it's been years and we've had much worse people come since then. also tdp did give sayaka more charcterization with her interactions with everyone so that helps since she was basically pretty underused.
>get BTFO
>c-calm down!
More or less, yeah.
pretty based to be honest
Uh no. I'm none of those guys, and Sayaka's okay for her role. You just come across as a 14 year old desperately trying to defend his waifu. Just chill, man.
11037
Yeah I don't think they properly explained those sword marks on the wall and the wrecked room. I mean Leon never took the sword out and the sheath isn't sharp enough to make those marks. Plus it's pretty heavy to be swinging around. And I don't know how Sayaka would make those marks with a knife.
Your tears makes me laugh. Keep getting rekt.
Sayaka was never disliked by the Japanese fanbase, because idol occupation and the hazards within are more known to that society. It's the western fanbase that cling onto the "roastie" or "femme fatale" perspective and thinks she's a character from mean girls or something.
To be fair they are japanese.
I think the staff mentioned how they preferred the demo scenario over the main scenario because they liked how Sayaka got to play her role as Makoto's assistant during the trial and her VA doing a good job there as well. Kodaka himself agreed iirc. It's kinda the same with Rantaro too. Kodaka ended up regretting killing him off early because he came to love his VA's work with Rantaro but it was too late to change the story at that point.
If we had a DR1 remake, they'd probably flesh out Sayaka more. Especially since out of everyone else in the game, she's the only one with 2 optional FTEs with one being a forced tutorial one.
Sayaka did nothing wrong.
Leon is a bitch, she was willing to kill for those she cared about (her outside connections) and she was never aware of the rule that if she as the blackened succeed that everyone else would also die.
People like to act like Sayaka is some snake but I bet most people in the world would do what she did and try to kill to escape.
legally speaking what would happen to Leon?
>Sayaka did nothing wrong.
She tried to kill a man and exploit Makoto's trust. That's plenty wrong, just like with Asahina and nearly everyone else on DR1. Leon also being wrong doesn't excuse her bullshit.
Remember to play Your Turn to Die, Danganronpa friends!
Well no because the japanese fanbase actually understand her character and know how the idol industry works there. She's actually pretty popular there iirc. It's why she was the only dead class 78 student besides Junko and Mukuro who got any lines in DR3 and even got an appearance in 2.5 with that Nagito dream world shit.
So really the western fanbase were mostly just self inserters who were butthurt over her betrayal so they let that betrayal pretty much override whatever character or action Sayaka had before or even in optional stuff. And gets bizarre because they would then tend to somehow ignore other characters who have done similar things or even worse.
That's exactly what I said...
Why are you westerners so retarded? This game is a japanese game with japanese students made by japanese people. It's mainly for japanese fans so why the hell are you surprised that they didn't immediately figure it out? Sayaka wrote it that way so Leon wouldn't catch on. If it written in japanese, Leon would know.
Localization should have fixed it to be the same level of difficulty, that's their job.
Lets not act like her own fear and anxiety were not also exploited by monokuma to lead her into doing these actions. She did what she had to so that she could reunite with her friends and family
>wants to kill freaky hopeman
>wants to make sure his mamas okay
honestly felt bad for him
...So? The reason doesn't fucking matter. She betrayed someone and tried to kill another. That's fucking wrong, end of story. It's one thing to think she's a monster, which is incorrect. But it's also going the opposite extreme to argue she didn't royally fuck up and drag others into her mess.
>you westerners
I agree, fellow Nihonjin brethren.
well, by doing that he knew he'd be killing everyone else. I still feel bad tho. At least compared to most of the fanbase who think he's the most evil of the DR2 cast or some nonsense.
the class trial rule wasnt added until after Sayaka's body was found. Leon even panics because he thought he was home free.
What she did wasn't right but it was understandable. Of course she would prioritize her best friends who are like her family over some literal whos. Most students would do the same just like most of people in real life would do the same.
I remember the days after IF came out and we had people saying Mukuro was more sympathetic than Sayaka.
You said it in a lame way though.
>removes both worst girls in one fell swoop
>still gets punished
It's not fair, lads!
oh i thought he did it to reveal Toko's alter ego.
>She betrayed someone
In what way did she betray Makoto? She did genuinly like him, its why she left her final message to save him. She lied to him so she could escape. but again for all she knew they would just be forced to stay behind she had no idea Monokuma would also kill them.
When I say "Nothing wrong" I meant it in more of a tongue in cheek way. Obviously she did wrong but for the (what she thought was) the right reasons. On top of all that she was fucked in the head from the stress of being in a killing game.
She isnt perfect and she made mistakes, but I at least empathize with it a bit
>>removes both worst girls in one fell swoop
????
But user, she is worst girl.
>In what way did she betray Makoto?
Framing someone who trusted you for murder is a betrayal. I understand why she did what she did and think that's fine characterization. But her actions are messed up nonetheless.
He arguably did it for that too. But his primary reasons was outing Makoto and Kyoko.
Thats true, I guess in that way she did betray him
Yeah. Sayaka and Leon are the only characters in the series who literally didn't know about the class trial rules when they did what they did. That's why I don't give them as much flack because had they known, they could have done something else entirely. Leon probably wouldn't have even gone back to kill Sayaka had he known.
More reasons why DRIF was a mistake. Even in that dumb fanfiction, you have Sayaka show clear remorse over what she would have done to Makoto and Leon and was planning to confess to them after they escape.
>in what way did she betray makoto
>she lied to him
You just answered your own question. Even if the bear wasnt going to kill everyone if she got out he'll be seen as a serial killer in an extremely small community.
She did everything wrong and knew it.
What he did wrong was opening the locked door but I feel like even then, people would have had trouble believing him when he would have told them hey!: that cute girl tried to kill me! I did not attack her!
That was to set up Toko as a suspect to reveal who the best detectives were
She did remove worst girls in one fell swoop. That's why she herself "died"
Doma
this post is hours old but it runs with the assumption that things would play out differently if sayaka was alive. it really wouldn't. kyoko would still do her investigation and be able to find all the clues that was in the first case up to the point where leon picks the door. she'd be able to figure out who'd be lying at that point, such as why there's a note and why the nameplate of the dorm rooms changed.
She did truly have feelings for him but that didn't mean she would put him over her friends so yeah she did betray him with her actions. She likely felt bad for it hence the dying message. Even Kyoko had said that Sayaka was torn over betraying Makoto and killing someone to escape and hesitated for the most part. Monokuma pretty much used Sayaka's feelings and drove her into a corner. Why do you think Makoto was anger at Monokuma and blaming him instead of Leon?
>More reasons why DRIF was a mistake. Even in that dumb fanfiction, you have Sayaka show clear remorse over what she would have done to Makoto and Leon and was planning to confess to them after they escape.
but people tend to ignore that for mukuro and her awesome character arc
Which was still a shitty thing to do but he wanted to see who'd become a problem to him and already suspected Makoto would be that person. Kyoko was another.
Honestly they wasted Byakuya after 1-2. It seemed like they were setting him up as this big rival but then he just becomes a gag character for Toko and Syo
Dude just wanted to be successful.
>Toko and Syo
One of many reasons Toko was absolute worst girl for DR1
>she didn't want to kill him
>needed a fall guy
by selling out and stealing success from his only friend? He would have gotten further with cooperation, he doesnt get any respect
Well yeah. The note alone would help in Kyoko being able to point the finger to Sayaka. Having Aoi and Sakura's statements of seeing Sayaka enter and leave the kitchen with a knife ending up missing is just more icing on the cake. The nameplates assuming Sayaka didn't change them back, would be another thing that could be pointed out assuming someone remembered the layouts for the rooms. Only Makoto would know the room switch.
My nigga!
What was strange about that? She doesn't want Makoto to die, and she also needs someone to make her plan work. She trusted Makoto to a fault that he would stick up for her no matter what.
Are you retarded?
Wrong pic, user
2 gave literally any weapon that can be found in a hardware store and had the final death room
3 had that entire warehouse and almost all the students had weapons in their study
I think he's one of the retards who thought Sayaka tried to get everyone killed.
1 had very individual motivations to encourage murder
2 had those memory things
What did 3 use again?
he got caught
She was relying on sexual implications with the note so that the victim didn’t publicly tell the others. So all of the girls, Chihiro, Byakuya, and Taka are off the table.
>Hifumi might pussy out or be saved by his fat
>Mondo probably has his screwdriver on him and knows his way around a brawl
>Yasuhiro is kinda iffy
Her biggest mistake was the sword. Once Leon was holding the sword like a bat he used his U L T I M A T E T A L E N T to win
I'm not retarded, I'm just not a cuck who lets people get away with shit.
Who had the worst motivation to kill?
I'd say idol girl (MUH IDOL GROUP) or Mondo (MUH ACCIDENTAL DEATH OF MUH BRO)
Teru is up there too with MUH MOMMA.
Gundham, nurse and maid minister had at least arguably ok reasons (someone must die or everyone will starve; actually insane; the entire nation needs me)
Sorry but here is the only Chapter 1 culprit that didn't kill anybody
>>Hifumi saved by his fat
This shit always makes me laugh.
>fucked up
>literally prods suichi to stop being a whiny dick
>literally the reason the survivors busted the entire scam open
Imagine being THIS much of a short sighted fool
You a fucking idiot?
Sayaka's was her dream and friends/family. You know actual important shit in your life
Mondo's was PTSD and repressed aggression
Teruteru wanted to search for his ill mother
Do you lack empathy?
The stupidest fucking murders were Celestia's castle full of vampire butlers. Despair disease. Whatever nonsense drove Fuyuhiko/Peko to kill Mahiru. SISTER. None of that shit made sense or needed to happen at all.
Nonsense
>She was relying on sexual implications with the note
No she wasn't. She simply just told him to meet him over in her room and Leon was probably the one who had his mind in the gutter when he read that.
>SAKURA GUUD GIRL DINDU NUFFIN WRONG
>nearly gets everyone killed, her best friend who trusted her included over egotistical reasons
She's as ugly on the inside as on the outside
You are retarded.
If Kaede wasn't a fucking moron, Rantaro and Shuichi would have busted that idiot Tsumugi and that would have been the end of the game. Instead she not only lets Tsumugi get away with the crime, but Rantaro dies for it. Imagine starting the entire killing game because your head was so far up your ass that you thought you had a better chance of taking out the mastermind than the guy who did 90% of the groundwork. Then decide rolling a ball down a stack of books.
Kaito was the one who got Shuichi to stop being a whiny bitch by the way, so Kaede doesn't get the full credit for that either.
She probably would’ve been manipulative enough to twist the situation into making it seem like Leon attacked her. He came to the room she was in after all
You're the biggest retard in this thread.
Sayaka's not an idiot. She'd know what a guy like Leon would think. It's not important either because she had her own motivations.
Is the guy screaming retard at everyone some ESL kid who just learned the word or what?
She had the knife. She wrote him the note. If Leon was the first to call everyone out. Sayaka was done for. At the very least, Leon has enough that people would be deeply suspicious of Sayaka even if they're not fully convinced. Of course, this is just based on what Leon knows. Makoto and Kyoko would have exposed Sayaka for sure.
>someone tries to murder you
>doing anything back is wrong and dumb
You are peak soi, dude.
I can only assume so. It's seriously obnoxious.
>dumbass plan was basically what helped get someone killed
Yeah no. Only right she did was die before she got more people killed as well.
It's like people think Leon was a smart guy who thought 10 steps ahead or something when his entire motivation was chasing pussy instead of using his talent
>"For the VN part, I want to improve the visuals, adding animations and lightings to the characters. I’m quite used to the gameplay as it currently is, so I don’t fell much need to change it. I feel that what we must do now is to strenghen the visual part, making smoothly moving sprites to make the game even more immersive. Also, the current VN part has a lighting setup that shadows the characters you’re not talking to and I want to improve on that function."
kaibutsushidousha.tumblr.com
What did the team mean by this statement?
You say that like chasing pussy is a bad thing.
That fat retard kept making things worse for everyone
>Rantaro: Don't do anything fucking stupid while I end this game, PLEASE
>Kaede: DURR GOTTA KILL THE MASTERMIND
Rantaro didn't deserve this.
Abloo abloo better kill a bunch of people in the same fucked up situation because YOUR friends and family is somehow more important.
Kyoto yeah, Makoto though not so much at this point in the story. It took him a whole trial to be convinced Sayaka was a thot
>Took days setting up murder plan
>Kaede the actual idiot doesn't assume that the mastermind sees them constantly surveying the library and her setting up a rupe goldberg to kill them
>Kaede the actual idiot doesn't use the First Blood Perk to leave even though nobody was mad at her anyways since her murder had good intentions, and nobody else would die by her taking advantage of the perk
Teruteru had the best motive. Nagito pushed him towards the edge of attempting murder which he already considered because of his ill mother who takes priority over 15 strangers he knew for 2 days.
Hey now. While Sakura isn't innocent, she literally had no other choice. Her family and dojo was on the line here. Why would she place strangers over those things?
It does make you do stupid and careless shit. Leon and Hifumi being testament to that in the 2d verse
Not his fault he had to spend over half that trial convincing the idiots WHO DIDN'T INVESTIGATE that he wasn't the killer.
After all their talk about not murdering each other and playing monokumas game, he could very well have fallen for it because he was naive more than horny.
Family I can somewhat understand, but not enough to betray the person who trusts you and consider you her best friend. But her fucking dojo?
Fuck that nonsense. That's like saying a businessman killing a bunch of innocent bystanders to save his business is fine.
Who said they were justified? They're just far better motives than the senseless nonsense cooked up by Celes, Kiyo etc. Damn, you're edgy.
You can stop replying to yourself retard
>my headcanon dudes
Kiyo was literally insane though. If Mondo gets off free for PTSD, then insanity is an even bigger reason to understand/accept why.
That's assuming Sayaka wouldn't just admit what she did from the start. The girl wasn't even in the right mind when she did all this. She'd have time to calm down and realize what she tried to do.
Ah yes, a Japanese idol described as stunning would never ever understand how to play on sexuality.
>At least compared to most of the fanbase who think he's the most evil of the DR2 cast or some nonsense
I think the reason he's so unpopular is because he's a pervert who's unattractive, which generally doesn't make for popular character. I have seen people who like him, though, unlike Hifumi.
Something like this I'm assuming?
>Muh samefag bogeyman.
>Adding retard to that post too.
Can you actually help yourself?
Despair Disease was the dumbest.
He didn't. Kaede wanted to be loud and in charge and look where that got everyone. If only she just believed in Rantaro like she claims she believes in everyone.
Dumbasses thinks rantaro had a chance to stop the mastermind when literal killer robots would kill him to keep the game going and then either pin the blame on someone or just write up a new rule about entering some room being a death sentence much like the isles of 2
Hifumi's reason to murder was the dumbest. I just can't understand what logic this guy was operating on to think an uptight, order obsessed, homosexual like Kiyotaka would kidnap Alter Ego and rape Celes. I understand even less why Hifumi would get mad over this then be totally cool with murdering everyone else in the process. This level of stupid just makes me angry.
Autism. Imagine putting strangers over the people who matter in your life.
Yeah that shit makes no sense at all, I understand why the first case needed to be easy to ease players into the game but holy fuck
She basically took advantage of Shuichi and his plan and it helped get Rantaro killed. Shuichi probably ended up blaming himself and people pointing the finger towards him over Kaede's own stupidity.
DRVR proves that they can very well take the next DR into a full VR game, which would be pretty damn cool, while also allowing for some new meta twists and gimmicks
>If Mondo gets off free for PTSD,
Mondo doesn't get off free but his kill was manslaughter and should be punished accordingly. Kiyo premeditated the death of two people. Tenko he didn't even originally want to kill but decided because he didn't want to waste a trick. That's hilariously (based) evil
>Teruteru had the best motive. Nagito pushed him towards the edge of attempting murder which he already considered because of his ill mother who takes priority over 15 strangers he knew for 2 days.
Teruteru's motive was literally Sayaka's motive. Their families were in danger and they wanted to go save them. Not some literal whos they've known for a couple days. That's literally as realistic as you can be and any one of these dumbasses saying "HURR THEY TRIED TO GET EVERYONE KILLED" acting like they wouldn't have done the same thing makes it more hilarious.
what if the strangers are the people who matter in your life?
Only problem I would have with that is it would detract from the main character of the story. For DR1 Makoto is mostly a blank slate so it would work fine. DR2 and DRV3 wouldn’t work as well, especially with the last trials, as they are more developed and make decisions the player wouldn’t want them to
Ok so who had the best, most relatable motive of all games?
Not really. It would have been utter retarded IF the fact was that it only triggered miku's memory as an ultimate despair agent from her "real" life outside the sim, which is why she turned insane.
One can argue about why she got triggered while ibuki and stupid cunt did not however.
>Family I can somewhat understand, but not enough to betray the person who trusts you and consider you her best friend.
Are you stupid? How the hell wouldn't her family be enough for her to betray some girl dumb enough to see her as her best friend after knowing her for like a week? That's Aoi's own fault not Sakura's.
And her dojo is literally precious to her and her family.
Some literal whos are not worth losing all those things over.
When did Shuichi ever make decisions that wouldn't be what the common denominator wanted? Makoto actually does reject the player decision in chapter 4. You have to choose whether to tell Kyoko about Sakura, and Makoto goes "no way fag" and refuses no matter what choice the player picks. Hajime is the only protagonist I'd say had morally questionable choices.
>Kills Reagan.
Based
Waifufags whose only experience is living in erotic fanfic escapism are delusional and retarded. More at 11!
>didn't even know what Rantaro's plan was
>retarded Kaediotfag trying to defend his fa dumb bitch's actions
She deserved to die.
More like he decided why not add one more friend to his sister's harem
Lots of people, because they're mostly the same. Something sympathetically important to them was threatened and they killed to save it. It's not something you can rank unless you bring it the autistic motives like the castle
>fat
Isn't 117 pounds actually slightly underweight for somebody who's 5 foot 8?
Bandai
>already forgetting that he and Taka fought over the AI which makes Taka stealing it make sense
>was already angry enough at Taka to believe Celeste's lie and even he was skeptical about it
>and was told Taka wanted to kill him to escape which makes sense seeing how the two were fighting over the AI
>Hifumi's reason to murder was the dumbest
I'm out of this thread. You people have collective IQ of 30 and memory span of toddler.
>slightly
I'm just glad koichi died like a bitch. What an insufferable prick
DR is dead. Move on
1-3 is a dumb case.
It almost sounds like they want to go the Xrd route with the half 2D/3D sprite animations.
>her family business is important enough to kill over
Ah, you must be the resident jewish user
>>already forgetting that he and Taka fought over the AI which makes Taka stealing it make sense
True
>>was already angry enough at Taka to believe Celeste's lie and even he was skeptical about it
Retarded. He had no proof Taka stole anything, and he never investigated to verify Celes' claims. He ate up every single word Celes fed him with little resistance. None of this makes sense nor was it consistent with any prior action from Kiyotaka. Hifumi was just a retard who hated the guy and his hypocrisy can't be excused either, because he'd be killing everyone else.
>autist didn't even read the rest of the thread
Have a nice day. Be a nice cuck and give up your loved ones and things for someone you've known for a day. Cheers!
Uhuh....So, why didn't Hifumi just bring all this information to the rest of the group. All of them would surely care that one of their classmates was violated,l their precious alter ego was stolen and a murder attempt impending. Why was this simple, rational and most of all, harmless alternative, passed over in favor of mass murder?
Acro
So, how did she save her family by killing herself then? Dumb ogre fell for the same bullshit that had happened TWICE already
Shuichi feels defeated and gives up, changing the player perspective to Keebo, and actively works against him and the audience (who we don’t know at this point is in the wrong). It would be kinda shitty if the vr character representing you would just not try and solve them mystery anymore, is the player just supposed to give up as well?
do you really think they care? they just hate kaede and kaedefags. they won't do any actual research or view the case outside of their hindsight.
You forget that guy is a 14 year old faggot at 40 kg of bones
no one on Yea Forums actually plays the games
Because she wanted to fuck over the mastermind and felt bad about betraying the others even when she had good reason to.
People sure get angry over waifus
Rantaro was the most based participant of v3.
Why did you reply to me twice?
>me
Those replies were to me, actually
Jesus kid, you're so predictable with your generic screaming I could point out every post you made. Mostly you screaming retard everywhere while not explaining why people are wrong. Then get butthurt when called out.
No they weren't.
What makes you say that?
The NISA tranlsation fucks up thier height.
It says Kaede Is taller than Shuichi but a CG in game proves it wrong.
>DUDE TRUST ME
Sure, she fucked up, but if you woke up one day in a prison being told it's kill or be killed, would you trust the secretive guy who won't say anything about what he plans on doing? He too handled it poorly by his suspicious behaviour.
there's a lot of ds2 i don't remember. i kinda remember this boss, but i don't remember much of the "lore" of the game.
>every reply is one person
how about you get laid before thinking people actually do that.
Did you forget Monokuma framing Makoto for Mukuro's death in 1?
>.gif
But why??
Monokuma is maybe the funniest "asshole just because" type character I can think about
Being fair, Kaede's the one who claimed to care about and trust everyone. Like it's not even just Rantaro she fucked over. She jumped into Shuichi's plan, and sabotaged it for her own aims because she thought only she could kill the mastermind and didn't believe he could catch them. No matter how you spin it, Kaede comes across as a cocky dick who ruined everything.
What was Rantaros plan anyway? Just find the mastermind and kill him/her all by himself, just like that, and everything would be over?
Nobody fucking knows, because he never got it off the ground. But given the place he was at, he arrived at a similar conclusion as Shuichi.
>X IS AT FAULT
>NO Y IS
>FUCK OFF Z IS WORST
>in a game where everyone is brainwashed "actors" who might not actually have died for real anyway
Brainlets on parade
I don't think you understand in the slightest how V3's "brainwashing" works, because it sure as shit isn't like that garbage in 3.
Their entire personality was changed out to fit exaggerated roles for the "show" and ensure there would be killings.
I'd consider that brainwashing.
Rise and shine Yea Forumsursine!
They weren't controlled, they had their backstories replaced with fake ones that would lead to conflict yes, but Tsumugi had no real control over them. The whole thing could have flopped at any time.
the cgs are not to be trusted to be fair. literally almost every cg has Kaede's back hair at a different length. Go see for yourself.
How did jewbear die again?
Crushed by Kirumi's corpse
Seems we define the word differently. You consider brainwashing "being in control" of the victim, I consider it "having everything that makes you, you, replaced by the offender"
Crushed by Kirumi's gigantic fat ass.
Because your definition would be identity loss, they're effectively killing a person and replacing them with someone new. But this new person isn't their slave or anything, obviously they left all of them their critical thinking skills otherwise trials would fail because no one would be smart enough to come to a conclusion.
They WERE controlled in a way. They had their memories completely replaced to play the roles of characters that followed a script almost completely to the letter. Pretty much everything up until "I REJECT HOPE" was planned.
How dare you, Kirumi's rump is tight and firm from servicing everyone all day.
No, you're taking the word script too literally. What they had was an outline, they kept feeding them motives that they hoped would drive the cast to murder just like 1 and 2, but they had no 100% chance it would work.
Waifufag having a meltdown
You're an idiot.
>wanting to avenge your dead sister is dumb
huh?
