I feel you, RH has been my most wanted since Smash 4, especially after it was confirmed that the chorus kids were planned but never released. There's a handful of Zelda characters such as Midna, Ghirahim, or Impa, since even though a lot of them have only been in one game, said game still is a part of one of the most popular franchises.
ARMS, Xenoblade 2, The Wonderful 101, Astral Chain, and there are a few others that could get in, but that list already gets pretty narrow even with TW101 as much as I like it.
Realistically, rest are either Waluigi or Hat Goomba tier, clone bait like Octoling, or simply not realizable for being too obscure like Blaster Master.
