It was a decent try at another type of morality, but some of the closed fist actions were the same old "crush kittens" type of evil. Breaking the dam thingamabob and explaining why was a good closed fist action.

You can do it in 2-3 turns if you pay attention to how the system works. It's basically just a lever puzzle.

The best ending is redpilling Dawn Star in the way of the close fist and then making her your empress when you usurp the throne.

You know replaying Jade Empire, its kinda amazing at how not seriously it takes itself. Every other line or situation is some sort of joke or gag.

Which is even underscored by the fact that the bad guy in the game is dishonoring everyone's ancestors and pissing them off and the good ending has you pacify them by doing the opposite of what Call lee see wanted to do.

Anyone try out the mobile port? It seems like the touch controls would make the game super tough during combat with targeting.

I hate how everyone treats you like a monster for making him your companion. He's a strong warrior with knowledge of all the enemies weak points that has harrassed you for most of the game yet it's so it's so WRONG to utilize that skill set against the enemies?

There was no decade-long drought across the Empire until an Emperor considered himself equal to gods. It was obviously an attempt to oust such an uppity Emperor, or even their entire dynasty.

So Operation Paperclip was wrong? Binding Death's Hand to fight a greater evil is a greater good in the long run. His ending where he goes around fighting injustice like Caine from Kung Fu is worth the supposed evil of binding him because he decides to help people which is a ripple effect.

Wasn't there three options there? You could release him and finally let him rest in peace, make him your slave or convince him to atone for his crimes. For me the third option made the most sense and in his ending slide he starts to regain his humanity and beings to travel the land seeking redemption because he was disgusted at all he had done.

Mind rape is different than offering someone clemency in order for them working for you.

I legit did not remember there being a way to get him on your side without the mind rape.
