I play only casually and he is neither fun to play or play against.

Every single hero I go up against just jumps and forwards airs constantly. Thankfully it's telegraphed as fucking shit so I can parry or block it and immediately grab or tilt attack them for the punish. A lot of the heroes also like to spam menu so that leaves them open for attack and so long as you yourself take a quick look at the menu, you can decide how to approach or how to defend based on the four choices. This charatcers is fun to play as, easy to play against, and punishes only those who leave them with enough time to charge all their abilities or people who literally don't know how to just block or parry punish.

While I do think the chances on landing crits and Thwack/Whack need some toning down, the character's fair otherwise. The Smash community spent their entire lives learning how to play without RNG, and they can't escape it now considering there's a character who relies on it quite a bit. It's funny to watch, really.

There are none.
Chances are, like Joker, only a few good Hero players will emerge and they will be terrifying. But unless one is good enough to beat the top players, we will probably never hear about it. Since Hero has to rely on RNG elements to a degree that makes G&W seem consistent, I don't know if any of them will ever top a tourney.
