Weakness to Magicka for one second doubles the Weakness to Shock effect (the latter must last for multiple seconds though because I wait for them to hit).
With lightning shield, they take shock damage when successfully hitting me, which is multiplied by the weakness.
So, they become more likely to hit me, which will only hurt them.
Might be better off with enchantments because the spell is hard to cast and doesn't last long. Also might be better off using potions for Lightning Shield because a spell can only bring it to 100 (which is 10 points of shock damage upon hit), but potions have no limit.
With fine tuning I think it is a good idea. Make enemies hit you and then they die.
