it's more expensive here, say I play 10-12 games per year which cost $55 on average for console it costs $25-27 on average for PCplus piracy for mediocre things
I buy one GPU per 2-3 years for $400 tops and one CPU for $250 every 5 years.

Nigga, you can get a dell optiplex tower and an RX 570 for about $200-250 total and be able to play pretty much anything at 1080p at high settings
That's cheaper than consoles and you get a massively larger game library. You can even play most games (rts aside) with a controller well enough.

You can have a console for gaming plus a computer for ocmputer things...or you can have a computer for both.
My PC was around 750 bucks when I built it. A current gen console plus a computer will be around that same price. And on PC you don't pay for multiplayer.

Because 60fps and over gaming has ruined consoles for me. If I do want to play a console game I have to make sure I only play console for a few weeks to acclimatize to the shitfest. PC games usually have a huge choice in mods so games I like last me a lot longer, games load much faster, I get to play genres that are just plain lacking or terribly implemented on consoles such as strategy games and CRPGs.
Not everyone is poor, plus I like the ability to be able to quickly tab out to other things which the keyboard/mouse allows
How many times do we have to tell you people this: It's cheaper in the long run thanks to sales, piracy, being able to change graphical settings, not having to replace the entire thing for an upgrade and not having to pay extra for fucking online. Also the "high entry cost" shit is a meme. You don't need a i9 and two 2080ti for your rig. You can get a 1080p/60fps PC for less than 800 and that alone runs better than any 8th gen console. And not to mention getting to play literal decades of games and genres not on consoles + mods, emulation and customization. There is no better platform for gaming than PC.

1) Having to have a more powerful CPU 2) Actually buying a GPU 3) More RAM

People need a PC anyway and upgrading from a cheap PC to a good PC is cheaper than a console + TV + online subscription + higher prices for games. Also, while being ultimately cheaper, PC gaming also offers more customisability, games run better, more variety when it comes to input peripherals, etc.
If you actually like games PC is the superior choice, if you're a casual who only plays Fifa and Call of Duty then a console might be an option, but otherwise it isn't.

False. You pay $400 for the console and $60 per game. So if you buy just 10 games your real cost is $1000.
Meanwhile on steam you get a ton of discounted shit, buying full price is unheard of really. And you can always just pirate everything. So as a pirate you are spending $600 up front then every game is free.
