There's no other anime creator with the sheer options of koikatsu that allows you to make the shit you can in chara studio. if you have the creativity of of a wooden plank then you aren't gonna see the appeal.

The characters are made to be put in scenes that you also make given the tons of objects or even the ability to make completely new objects. you can even make your own shitty comics with them and add effects. even if the game had a decent story i wouldn't bother with it.
