I just got this game for PC and I'm noticing 2 things:

1- The aggro range is fucking insane, I don't remember the PS4 version being like this. I can walk into an area and sit there for a couple of seconds and a horde of enemies will converge at my location, even if they were completely out of sight. It even ruins ambushes because the guys just fucking start running to me as soon as I enter an area.

2- I'm absolutely getting my shit pushed in. The clunkiness of healing and dodging is fucking me up. Has DS3 and Sekiro made me too complacent?

DS2 is garbage, and only contrarians defend it.

Pump levels into ADP, it increases dodge iframes and speeds up healing.

Never heal with estus unless you are 100% you have the time
Lifegems are your friend
Kite enemies one by one if you get overhelmed
This is the souls where build variety shines, use it

Git gud

>Kite enemies one by one if you get overhelmed

Which is almost impossible because of how the aggro works

You start out with 4 iframes in your roll. DS1 fatroll has 9 for comparison. The first thing you should always do is pump adp/attunement until you reach 99 agility.

But seriously, don't rush in like a headless monkey and in the early levels, you're better off blocking attacks rather than dodging. Always add one level of ADP when leveling up and once you've got 25 APD, dodging is easy.

Bullshit. The only enemy with insane aggro range are the Alonne Knights.
