Funny you mention that because the people claiming that "console limitations" are why the physics are worse in V, are dead wrong.
People have modded the euphoria rehaul into the 360/ps3 versions and it had ZERO impact on performance.
"Console limitations" is just some horse-shit excuse that V fags use to pardon the game for being downgraded to hell.
Not to mention that argument makes no sense in the first place, IV and RDR1 ran just the same as V did on 360/PS3 while having far better physics.

Everyone who bitches about it usually has the view and detail distance cranked up to 100, you gotta keep them at around 50 if you want to be able to run the game at a decent fps

It has some neat mechanics that you will rarely every see if you are not trying to see them yes, but I the only thing I want from gta4 in 5 is the car destruction and crumpling all the other things are neat but overall kinda trash
