The PS4 controller is better than the xbox one controller.
The PS4 controller is better than the xbox one controller
this
Fuck assymetrical sticks
Yes,and...
I fucked your mom's asymmetrical tits
only xbox advantage is the slightly longer sticks with thinner stems
they fucked bumper, trigger has no weight and d-pad is also fucking hard
>trigger has no weight
Funny you mention that, I think the xbox one triggers are the only thing it does better than the ps4 controller.
I have both and the Xbone's controller feels much nicer, the shape, the clicky buttons, everything.
One of the reason why I think Xbox is preferable to PS4.
Although Microsoft needs to step up their exclusives next gen
>I don't care that my shitbox has no games I like the controllers clicky buttons
>muh clicky buttons
>has no games
It has games, it just has no real exclusives to set it apart from PS4, which is why I understand its failure this gen.
>parallel sticks
>shit triggers that get pressed every time you set the controller down
>built-in flashlight
yeah, fuck the ps4 controller. Xbox has always had near perfect controllers for the generation. Even the switch pro controller feels better than the ps4.
it's literally only called a failure because of halo 4 and 5 being worthless shit. The ps4 and xbone are literally the same, each have games that you can or cannot play on each other.
>huurrr but you can get halo on pc
Can't be a proper childish console war when you bring the master race into the argument.
>DS4
>d-pad given primary position
hard pass
Well yeah. The xbone one doesn't even have motion controls built in.
>doesn't even have motion controls built in
And that's a bad thing?
Here's my ranking of all the controllers I own.
>S tier
Steam Controller
>A tier
WiiU Pro
Gamecube
Pokken Controller
Saturn 2D Pad
>B tier
Wii U Gamepad
Dualshock 4
Switch Pro
Genesis
>C tier
N64
Dreamcast
Xbox 360
Wii Classic Controller Pro
>D tier
DS1
>F tier
Wiimote
Nunchuk
I wasn't impressed with the 360 Controller at all so I passed on getting a Bone Controller for my PC and just got a WiiU Pro adapter/Steam Controller for the same amount. I recently held a friend of mine's and it felt like a cheap piece of shit. And no way is the Elite worth it when it's 5 times+ the cost of a steam controller pro for a fraction of the features.
I'm also thinking about getting a Tribute 64 and one of those USB Saturn Controllers from retrobit. Has anyone used them?
No shit. Retard.
Yes. How am I supposed to play any kind of game that requires aiming on it?
The Xbox one at least properly works on PC, out of the box.
>steam controller
stopped reading there
It’s strange you rank the Wii U Pro so high, but don’t care for the 360 or bone. I largely agree with your list; though I like the bone and think you have genesis a little high
Use the right analog stick.
xbox controller doesnt have """"features"""" that eat the battery life, feels comfortable to hold, only downside is having to buy a brick/AAs
Why is Sony the only company this gen that kept their analog sticks shallow? As in the stick itself is short. The Xbone and Switch prop controllers are totally usable except that the range of motion on them is fucking dumb.
I'm a civilized man, not some savage.
based
based g2a poster
which one is better for re2 remake on the pc?
DS4 with Xboner stick replacements >>> everything else
Probably because you can't read farther
you're right. it's too retarded a ranking for me to continue.
360 and Xbone controllers have nothing to do with the Wii U Pro controller
It's not though. The Dualshock 4 is still too small for man sized hands
steam controller is genuine shit and the build quality is awful
Do you need a brick? On the PC at least you can just a generic A-Male to Micro B USB cables from amazon, and it works fine, dunno if it works on Xbone.
What controller do you guys use for PC? The ds4 features like motion control etc even work on PC games?
The Steam Controller is the only controller out there that can play almost any game out there and the build quality is just fine.
In fact it's one of the only controllers I have ever had that didn't develop stick drift after two years and that's while using it far more than anything else I own. Go find me some proof of the build quality being shit like that one video of xbone elite controllers breaking.
my xbox isnt close enough to try, so idk.
>The ds4 features like motion control etc even work on PC games?
They are far more useful on PC than on PS4. You can use the touchpad and motion controls on whatever game you like in whatever way you like.
yea i guess the ps4 controller feels better
i liked my steam controller until it stopped smelling like new controller
If you prefer the ps controller over the Xbone one you are a confirmed handlet. The Xbone elite controller is the most superior controller in gaming. Don’t (you) me.
t.owned all consoles/controllers
I have the Xbone elite controller and can confirm it is the GOAT. The triggers are as smooth as butter, the extendable thumbsticks make aiming easier, the size is bigger and more suited for a human male, and the twitch triggers on the back make repetitive actions much easier to perform
>thumbstick
>aiming
lmao
Both are about the same.
>Mouse and keyboard
>having sex
Lmao
1v1 me anytime, bish
>no exclusives
>worse controller
>worst playerbase
I guess I'll have to buy a PS4 or Switch
>implying
I like your list overall.
Wii U Pro is amazing and one of my favorite controllers ever, but the Wii U Gamepad is awful; I would've placed it lower.
The Switch Pro is not bad but I think the Xbox One Controller is much better.
I agree with Dualshock 4; it would be A tier if not for the lame battery life.
The Steam Controller is weird in that I don't think it could beat M+Kb for multiplayer RTS/Shooters and doesn't seem to offer much more than a traditional controller for single player games.
