>that one user who admitted to preordering the m&m kart racer

The PS2 game was actually pretty good, but the DS version is just a really shitty minigame collection. Even as a kid, I knew it was awful.

APPROACHING SOUND BARRIER

No sure if this game was ever full price, but I picked it up for 8 bucks at check-out. It was a blast.

Cars 2 ain't even that good. Played it about a year ago. Like sure it's an okay racing game, I guess, but if you want an actual fucking racing game then you go for Forza or something and not Cars. Cars 1 at least had some fun stuff outside the racing. I guess this is like half bots and half dumb parents thinking its the movie? No clue. Interesting nonetheless, though.

Sounds like Osama's redheaded stepchild.

Redpill me on whoever made that preorder

This game was released in 2009 and yet my Target still has dozens of boxes left cluttering up entire shelves in the clearance section to this day.

If I don't get to see Green's ass in a 2 piece thong I'm not buying it.

it has fucking dodgeball man, how can you not be sold on that?

The DS game also has dodgeball. What game doesn’t have dodgeball?

I actually really liked bakugan ever since I picked up some nearly complete set of hte fuckers for $5 two years ago. It's a fun little silly game. The cards are dumb but the actual monsters are basically just marbles but with magnets and shit.

This was ironically one of my favorite games on the N64

post sexy green m&m

I think here in the USA, that game came out with a $10 price tag, like pic related. Spec Ops had a bunch too. Sony was REALLY pushing fees low to appeal to people who wanted cheap games.

It's ironic that Team Buddies is now one of the PS1's most expensive titles - over $100 on eBay.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who felt this way

i played the gamecube game and besides the like, 6 song soundtrack it was a decent little racin game
i'm not exactly shocked that the handheld version is completely different

rented this once after seeing it in nintendo power
i don't remember much beyond it's mediocrity
holy shit user fuck you that's so stupid

bought this a few days ago at one of those mom and pop game stores that usually jacks the prices up on games. $2 CIB

Yeah I remember right toward the very end of the PS1 life they released a big batch of $10 games that were more or less ripoffs of other, more successful games.

I got Dark Stone, which was a ripoff of Diablo / Baldurs Gate, and "Grudge Warriors" which was a ripoff of Twisted Metal / Battletanx

I though that I was the only person who ever played and legitimately like this game. Played it with my younger sisters all the time. Never knew it had a DS version though.

Galaxy

I had this
It was actually pretty good

This was the only ps1 game I ever bought. And I can't imagine any game could've been better. Uniroincially I loved this game

I remember when we got a PS2 when I was a kid us three kids got to pick out a game each. My brother got Duelists of the Roses and I got War of the Monsters, both of which are still 10's. My sister though just picked up some tom and jerry game literally out of a bargain bin. It was a PS1 game which is probably why it cost nothing. Couldn't save on the PS2 (at first we thought the cards were fucked up but these days I know you just can't save PS1 games onto PS2 memory cards.) Shit was actually decently fun multiplayer even if we only ever played like two stages since we couldn't save. You'd go around the house as Tom or Jerry and basically set traps to hurt the other one with.
