Yes fuck please i really need a new chair i'm getting ass and backcancer , i saved up 2k€ if it's a perfect chair i'd even pay that much i don't care anymore. I just can't get any steelcase nor herman miller chairs where i live, are there any alternatives and are they even worth the price if i'd find one?

Aerons FUCKING SUCK

For 10+ hours I would say pic related. I switched to it from a secret lab titan and holy fuck its like sitting on a comfy hybrid of memory foam and plush pillows. You melt into the chair.

What was wrong with the Titan? I was considering getting one of those.

no.

>tfw using bad chairs so long my back now cracks really loud constantly and laying down at night is like listening to a zipper made of huge bones being done up

The foam used in the SL chairs are like a dense bouncy sponge. They claim its for "posture support" which might be true but I can't relax in it for more than 1-2 hours. The back of the chairs sides (the ones that curve in) are also rock solid so if you have a broad chest or lean a little low they dig into your back and it hurts. You can only sit up straight with the Titan and have to stay that way.

Why not just sit on a sofa?

Has anyone here had a WorkPro 4000 series chair before? A few months ago I spent a long time testing out office chairs because I don't want to buy a 4th one in the last 8 years that'll break over nothing. From what I remember that's one of the chairs that felt comfortable, but I only worry it will wear out in only a year like the other chairs I've bought.

I am usually good with any random office chair, but this one I'm using now has been destroying my back and coccyx.

>$700

Hory shet

That shitty, I like slouching down on a chair when watching stuff or playing a chilled game so that sounds like it would be a pain.

pls help i'll post my cat

Literally any memory/coldcure foam gaming chair if your ass hurts that much.

>I need it for average 10 hours a day.
then don't get a cheap knock off of a car seat that's not made for comfort at all. if you really want to sit in something modeled after a car seat pick one that's modeled after a luxury seat that's made to be sat on for extended periods of time.

What is 2k€ in white people money? Like $60?

about 2230 usd , monkeyman

i'll look it up thanks and my ass doesn't really hurt that much it's more my lower back

gaming chairs are memes, always go for an office chair if you can. Dunno a price range, so not really much to recommend aside from that.

what are you sitting on user ,1000-(max)2000€ is the price range i'm looking at

get a mesh chair for ~$200. Cheaper and doesn't have the obnoxious race car aesthetics

They don't make office chairs that are comfortable and support 300+ lbs desu~

this or picrelated if you can find a refurb from a failed startup

>300+ lbs
Sounds like a chair for a battle troll.

For $200 or even less you could get an inversion table. I got a teeter hang-up that was 300 on sale for 250 around christmas and it helps with the back stretches. As long as you remember to use it.

An actual ergonomic office chair with lumbar support. Mesh ones tend to be nice if your back sweats too.

If you wanna go all in get a herman miller

Think of a colour that will go with your room add "leather desk chair" to it in google

>10 hours a day

Get a job NIGGER

>Not working from home

>I need it for average 10 hours a day.
No chair can hold up to that for long.
My advice is get a cheap $60 amazon chair every 2-3 months instead of some fancy chair that will still fall apart in 6 months

Can vouch for firmness of this chair. Titan 2020 Id go with the Herman Miller Aeron.

I've used an Aeron at work for 6 years and I can say they are highly overrated. Not bad but they were definitely a fad chair
