Is Gamestop the only Game store in America or what?

I don't get amerimutts, why not just buy the thing on eBay or Amazon and have it delivered to your doorstep by your based local mailman?

either that or you go to those big chains like wal mart or target, I remember going to wal mart with my mom all the time and playing the demos theyu had while she shopped

So they are like a monopoly... how weird, my country has 3 plus the big super markets

They do. Gamestop is going bankrupt.

but I do only buy from amazon

thats right jay, i AM still alive. god damn it.

isn't that company fucked up or something?

I can't sell my controllers to amazon.

>So they are like a monopoly
no retard

yes you can

every company under the sun is fucked up in one way or another
now stop asking questions and buy my products goy

Gamestop is the only store chain that specializes in selling games. Other huge retail stores like Best Buy and Walmart also sell games.

>have something I want on hold.
>don't pick it up
>go to the other gamestop from now on

>do this shit again
>go buy something unrelated a few days later
>do you have a power up rewards card
>n-no

They sell video games, not board games

They sell board games now too akshuli

laptrap?

>reselling ANYTHING to gamestop
Enjoy that 5 cents and a piece of pocket lint, I guess.

The only fucked up thing I can think of them doing was seriously considering the wage cage idea.

The website is shit now. Not sure why they changed it.
>wait for trade in deal
>trade in game you don't want
>buy one you do want
Not that hard.

Hey, they're actually paying 20 bucks for each controller. Not bad to me.

>trade in to amazon and get decent credit
>get whatever game you want
wooooooowww

Yes

Holy shit, I remember this game.

Infact I just checked, gamestop is paying twice as much as amazon. No wonder they're going bankrupt

Gamestop jacked their trade-in payout way up 2 years ago to compete with online stores. On top of this, they for a short while added a flat +$10 to the trade in value of any xbox 360 game which had gotten backwards compatibility on the xbone, so you could make 'free' money flipping cheap 360 games off ebay, before people caught on and bought them all.
