How is dolphin and PPSSPP on the Switch right now?

Fuck off piratefaggot.

Dolphin only barely works at all when you emulate android to use that version but I hear PPSSPP does decently on it

Enjoy your pirate's fatigue.

Seethe more idiot.

Ppsspp works great.

Use this and not the retroarch implementation.
Make sure to load the homebrew menu with full ram access by holding r as you launch a game, or it wont work

People buy this? Don't they want to support Nintendo?

the SX Pro is irrelevant now, if you have a hackable switch, follow the guide to install Kosmos.

They bought the console, didnt they ?

>support nintendo
>games older than 1 year still full price
>first party switch accessories are expensive and 3rd party ones are liable to fry it
>charging for online with no improvement from when it was free and terrible

>paying to pirate
oof

there are coldboot loaders available via modchip and don't have bricking code embedded into the software so yes, there are much better options then that chink shit.

>paying for piracy
No, the free scene has been fine since last month. EmuNAND exists now so you don't have to give up online on legit games.

>remember this exists
>decide to get a switch
>remember it has no games even worth pirating let alone buying

how do i know if my switch is hackable?

>games older than 1 year still full price
That’s a good thing for multiple reasons.>no reason to wait instead of getting a game on launch day
>can resell it for a good price if you want

And youre actually asking why people pirate

>pirate's fatigue.
term you're looking for is over choice

>buy a console that is also a cool handheld
>ask Nintendo to release NES, SNES, N64 and Gamecube games through VC to buy them
>ask for offline save backups
>ask for themes and folders
>ask for a simple internet explorer
>would even pay for it
>Nintendo does none of these
>Nintendo launches NSO with cloud saves, but some 1st party Nintendo games don't even allow them because Nintendo has no fucking idea how to bind online content to accounts and saves them locally instead
>NSO comes with a shittier version of VC with games literally nobody wants
>then you see homebrew
>emulators, offline save backups, themes, folders, internet explorer
>pirating and homebrew is literally more appealing
>"Why don't you want to support Nintendo??"

>it's a good thing to get fucked over everyday instead of just launch year.

Look at the serial number at the bottom

Yeah, both are equally bad and lead to a feel of overwhelm and lack of time.

>games older than 1 year still full price
>That’s a good thing

I don't disagree with any of your points but why would you want to have an internet explorer in a console?

To google something game related ?

>free and terrible
It was better than what it is now, fucking 5 mins for a match in splatoon 2, in 1 it never happened.

I mean, you have phones or notebooks, any alternative is better than having a browser on a console.

I prefer the RCM jig + hekate + atmosphere method. Didn't cost me anything. So now I can do shit like this and it feels fun.

I completely felt this when I finished loading up my Raspberry Pi. Every game under the sun for older generations yet I couldn't find myself coming to play really any of them. I think I need to admit that emulation is just a hobby by itself for me and playing games will always just feel more enjoyable on the original hardware.
