That doesn't mean much because we know it's in development for PS4. That doesn't disprove anything at all. Microsoft can say halo infinite is in development for xbox one but that doesn't mean it's not in development for other platforms. Nioh is a good example of a game which had only ps4 logos and even in one regions box art had only on ps4 on it but the game came out on pc like 6 months later anyway.

Grass needs something to make it look thicker. Water needs to be made to look less square and water needs a bit of grime. Ground textures need to be 3d maybe even 3d rock clutter and I would say its good.
